警察没说错，这事是他的错，并且他有保险，当然只要找他的保险公司就行了。这事不
是你的过错，你的保险不会涨，这跟你上回自己撞柱子完全是两回事。问题是对方不给
你他的保险信息。所以这种情况一定再找警察，并且一定要report，那上面会有保险信
息的。
这种damage估计接近2000了。私了不可能，即使想私了也要先拿到保险信息。
