Former Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty dropped out of the race for the GOP
presidential nomination on Sunday, hours after finishing a disappointing
third in the Iowa straw poll.

It is not true when ppl say this rate is the bottom of the rate in history.
You have to look at this way. What's the median housing price to median home
ratio, and how is it correlated with the rate.
back to 1980s when the intereste is 15%, the nominal median income is 20k,
and nominal median housing price is 80k. The price to income ratio is 4. The
adjusted inflation income is 50k against 2015. It is 50k!.....
Today, the nominal median income is 53k, the median housing price is 320k.
