师的看法. 就是pfizer必须用他的multibillion power去干点什么.
钱并不是问题, size也不是问题. 记住当时收购W-L时, pfizer自己
150 billion, W-L也很大, 不比今天的amgen小. 股票换股票照样吃掉.
他吃Pharmacia时, 也是花了70个billion的, 我看不出今天有什么太
难的, 如果他想的话. |

Why don't you contact i-banks like Morgan Stanley, Lehman, Goldman Sachs, as
well as banks like UBS, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, RBS, Citi, JP Morgan,
Nomura, etc.? You should call their HK office and ask for either HR or
recruiting. If nobody there, try call the NY office and ask about interning
in HK.
If you're in school, go to the career office and see if you can get contact
names at these banks.

招聘 quant主要是两方面的工作: 一是当初裁得太狠的部门 最近几个月fixed income/
credit/mbs市场回暖 所以需要招人来维护/完善各种模型 支持前台工作 这方面的工作
包括Morgan Stanley strategist team (new hire), GS strategist team (upgrade),
Nomura's new fixed income analytics team buildout (12 headcounts, entry to
senior level)

nomura的quant strategist associate 地点在纽约 10万的base 没有sign on 等 说是
20%的target bonus 钱上给的不如第一个
不知道从发展前景来看哪个好？比如工作一两年后加薪啊加bonus啊跳槽啊什么的。看
上去像两条不同的career paths，一个码工一个矿工，求过来人指导。谢谢！ |
