in the U.S. last year, a far bigger drop than the nation has been averaging
since 2001, the Justice Department said.
The Bureau of Justice Statistics reported there were 3.8 million violent
crimes last year, down from 4.3 million in 2009.

玫瑰奶球是家常印度甜品，软糯香甜，我们家每吃印度餐必点。
Ingredients
Dough
1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1/4 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
3 to 4 tablespoons milk
Vegetable oil for deep-frying
Syrup
2 cups granulated or brown sugar
2 cups water
4 to 5 cardamom pods, or 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 teaspoon rose water (optional)
原料：
做面团
1杯 无脂干奶粉
¼杯 未经漂白的面粉（我有现成bleached，就用这个了）

发帖数: 2427 | 8 看来吃的结构都是差不多的：-）。你的那些蔬菜看起来都比较好清洗，因为以前在 walmart买过袋装沙拉，发觉没几天就变坏了，就没再买过了。
蔬菜觉得存放冰箱差不多就一个星期，能够的话尽量每天吃新鲜一点的好；肉之类的存放2-3个星期觉得还行，做的话没有蔬菜做的勤。鸡蛋是一次煮４－５个，然后每天一个。刚开始我也是只能吃whole milk，后来听说牛奶里的饱和脂肪不是很好，于是尽量避免，现在吃 nonfat的也觉得很好。脂肪就用其他比如 extra oliver oil\果仁之类的补充了。 |

的感觉，不像店里买来的面包那种松松软软虚虚的。我用的是面包机专门的全麦面包的
程序，方子是下面这个：

椰蓉面包：
面团
A. bread flour 210g, cake flour 56g, nonfat dry milk 20g,糖42g，盐1/
2teaspoon,干酵母6g。
B. 全蛋30，水85，汤种84
C. 无盐黄油22g
内馅
无盐黄油50g
糖50g
全蛋50g
椰蓉剁碎100g
牛奶7克
做法：
面团材料A,B混合，注意酵母与糖和盐分开，放入面包机，用面团档揉10分钟后放入C，
然后继续90分钟停止+基础发酵后，分割滚圆，分成9个面团，盖保鲜膜松弛15分钟
内馅所有材料混合，分成9份。
面团松弛好后排气，擀椭圆形，每一份抹上椰蓉，整形。烤箱亮灯放一杯热水，最后发
酵45分钟，拿出来，烤箱预热350度，烤18分钟 |

香煎羊排
用rosemary和孜然，盐，胡椒粉，olive oil胭过之后每面都煎一分钟，然后放到预热
350度的烤箱中层里烤5－10分钟。我们喜欢吃medium rare的，如果喜欢吃熟一点的可
以适当烤久一点或者切成单片的羊排会比较快熟。
这样子的羊排非常香而且很嫩，入口就化。
土豆泥（无黄油健康做法）
土豆切成小块然后蒸15分钟，我没有用水煮，因为蒸的味道更好
出锅后用叉子捣碎到见不到块状土豆
加热过的奶，我用的1％ milk加了一块nonfat creme cheese (laughing cow)增加味道
，奶要分batch一点点的加，然后mix好了再加
加盐，喜欢有味道的可以加点chive
烤花菜
我用了煎羊排用过的油炒了一下再烤的，大概要烤上45分钟，中间还要mix一下
Shrimp stuffed mushroom
蘑菇杆子切成小细末（15个蘑菇）
大蒜也切成细末
锅里加一点油，把蘑菇杆子和大蒜煎到基本上没水出来
虾仁(15个）加大蒜，料酒，黑胡椒，basil，切成细块但是不要剁的太细

方, 其实旧版也用corn syrup, 但是奶用的不一样：旧版的是nonfat milk, 新办的是
whole milk。还有其他的成分也改变了。还有就是，虽然两个版本的都是24oz，但是旧
版的能冲171oz的奶，新版的只能冲出147oz。
我女儿以前在国内，所以是从那个enfamil吃到enfagrow. 感觉挺好的。来了美国以后
，就换了costco的organic milk了。她的嘴比较挑，所以，新版的不敢买。 |

同样organic.结果她有次就质问我，为什么她喝的牛奶外包装颜色与我不同？是不是比
较便宜？
我觉得，媳妇在家做人强硬点不是坏事。至少现在我婆婆看我眼色了，再不抱怨，她人

年半试过两次，都是一样的结果，身体自动启动一些保护的技能，消耗变少，新陈代谢
减速。我当时是早饭nonfat牛奶cereal或者一杯酸奶，晚饭中饭，salad或者苹果，后
来觉得需要蛋白质就半盒豆腐汤加海鲜或者sea weed，反正都没什么用，卡路里摄入太
少。我减得比较厉害的是卡路里摄入1000-1200的阶段，不做任何运动。
当然吃少的时候我没觉得痛苦，其中一次也并不是因为要减肥，纯粹因为懒惰做饭而已
