，里面要不断地加入参数，浮动变量和误差范围，最后的结果要产生误差度和误差分析。
这个工具牵扯到的知识蕴含应当包括下列核心：
1. PDE
2. linear & nonlinear optimization
3. numerical analysis.

life, immigration is nonlinear or almost random. An early start does not
mean an early approval. A strong case does not mean an early approval
neither. It is all about timing and luck.
2. I fully understand these cases that stuck in BEC or stupid name check. I
also feel bitter when I saw an approved I485, which is filed later than
mine and approved earlier than mine. We are humans and we know the taste of
envy.

到了4个月， 至少对我是如此。
背景： Applied Math， 8篇文章，引用从Google Scholar 查有100多，
ISI 有80多。 提交时审稿12篇。 三无人员，Claim老三样.
我请的律师是张律师事务所的Bennett Wisniewski.
前一阵有人上来问这个律师怎么样，当时因为我的EB-1A还没有批准，也不好
说什么，因为绿卡这个事情是以成败论英雄。现在我可以说，跟Ben的合作非常
愉快。 他回Ｅｍａｉｌ非常及时，一般就是一两个小时就回，我都觉得他是不是
太闲了 ：） 而且有时候他会主动打电话沟通一些Ｅｍａｉｌ里不太容易说清楚的问
题。
他写的Petition Letter短小精悍，总共12页，大篇幅阐述Contribution，
主要是引用推荐信里的内容，但是段落的衔接以及用词都很恰当。PL里面没有任何
