主持人说你过的咋样，她说我过的很好，涨工资，发奖金，房贷车贷都付清了，好得不
能再好了。
主持人说恭喜，那你把这些归功于床铺吗？她说我不想说因为我喜欢巴马就把这些归功
巴马，但是我还是要归功巴马，床铺啥也不是，他scare我了。
主持人说那你周围的人过的咋样，她说我的community都像我一样，过得很好，大家都
涨工资了。但是，这些都不是床铺的功劳，都是巴马的功劳

起诉设计侵权数量是Nokia的两倍。
另外，苹果最近又获得一系列iPhone相关专利。
此举引来极大争议。不过参与讨论者多数只是从专利的名称上来看，讨论这些专利如何
如何nonsense。事实上大部分软件相关专利应该是about implementation。一个专利
document是很长很长的，但从名字上来看这个专利是否nonsense,比较nonsense.
至于美国专利系统是否有问题，这个就不好说了。
HTC是Google Android手机的头号合作伙伴。此举有杀鸡儆猴的嫌疑。
而且很多所谓侵权都是因为HTC使用Android系统导致的吧？
我觉得无论如何也也应该把Google追加为被告？
貌似在中国，法院可能主动追加Google为被告。
不知道美国是不是这样。
也许苹果的搜索和地图要ready了？不管是自己做还是和Bing合作还是怎么样，这个大
