to Mark-to-Mirage accounting.
Imagine I'm a used-car dealer and want to sell you a car (Citi stocks).
Before you buy, you want one mechanic-check (Mark-to-Market accounting)
to make sure the car is in good shape.
I then tell you there's no need for any quality check. All you need is to

Be it at personal level or government, an economy has to obey three words
to stay healthy: make ends meet.
Failing to stick to the three words leads to two choices: Either you cut
the level of spending or print the money to fill the deficit.
Individuals have to cut since they have no printer. Government does, so
they just print. W/ deficit growing year after year, they will just keep

Nah, it's deeper than that. Essentially it's a bunch of jerks looking for
loopholes to shove their own loss onto someone else.
Banks already suffered huge losses on non-performing loans so getting the
real estate assets back can at least put a floor beneath, which requires
them to kick out home owners not paying the mortgage fast.
Home owners are upset that, while banks get bailed out, they have got 0.
Now they smell blood in the water that bankers may not have proper paper

's your mistake (though I'm no expert to any board game so far, I know that
in any game where experts compete, the victory, 90% of the time, goes to the

and sorry I guess a 6-cell path gets you only 13 points, not 15, so even 7x
6-cell paths net you 91 points
you probably need all conditions to be able score high:
1. you're lucky enough that you get ticket you need every turn, or 95% of
the time
2. you're lucky enough to draw 8+ destination cards that overlap each other
3. none of opponents play ANY defense and just let you build anywhere you
like

it's like they don't waste any tickets going to routes that r not their
mission, and i think that's the best way. and they put on the trains in the
order so that it's hard for others to block too (not knowing where they r
headed) cuz they don't leave out space between the trains for others to get
in, and of course it's online so ppl don't hear shouts like "oh shoot, i

so actually, its not that "they don't waste any tickets" instead its they
opponents let them have their way (i.e. build anywhere they want). Like my
example, mediocre teams don't play defense in basketball games so they score
high, while elite teams will actually guard their opponents. That's why the
higher caliber the teams are, the lower scores you see on the board.
Likewise, playing against experts in board games should make it MORE

we have both guys and girls, player skill lvl from "noob" to "semi-pro"
court is reserved for ourself, no need to wait in line with strangers and
the total cost will be $8 per person, shuttlecock/ball(watever u call it)
