program director是内分泌的，这个游戏他来主持的。

大家抢答纷纷落马，有的说TSH,有的说头颅MRI，然后一个面试的女同学回答了，答对

这是我第2个面试。是一家社区教学医院。
面试8：30am报到。我6点就起了，主要怕路上堵车。7点驱车前往，8点左右就到了。当
天有13个人来面试, 一半是印度人，另有一位CMG，及几个美国学生. 开始是住院总介
绍program情况, 然后大家问问题。完了就是morning report, resident present 了
一个case, attending点评，感觉他们attending 还挺喜欢教学的。期间我把这个case
情况记录了一下，自己简要写了个PN，怕后面面试时他们问到这个case。之后就是
hospital tour 及noon conference。
正式面试下午开始。秘书临时说PD这星期不在，面试由副PD及另外一个attending 主持
。当时心想PD不在，今天可不是个面试的好日子。 我是第一个被叫去面试的。他们用

1. 考试：没有捷径。至少要有一个Step要考得比较好。CS失败过一次不要灰心，毕竟人家要看整个的package。
2. USCE：早做Observership/Externship，其重要性已经体现出来了。最好与自己申请的方向一致，有困难的话别的专业也行，毕竟有总比没有好。目的不光是LOR，对自己熟悉医疗系统、医患关系等也有好处，面试的时候能够更加有底气。
3. LOR：最少3封，原则是越强越好。与自己申请的方向一致最好，有困难的话别的也行，但是最好至少有一封来自本专业的医生，哪怕来自国内医生。当然美国医生的最好，国内医生的也行，PhD的也行。大牛的最好，一般的也行。最关键的是：LOR内容里面不能有负面的内容。如果你看不到LOR的内容，那么最好找nice的人给你写，因为一旦有负面内容，就会有负面影响。
4. CV：网上逐项填写，请仔细，保证无拼写错误。需要展开的部分包括USCE（国内临床经验也可展开）等。
