地的电容Cin。差别就在那里吧。
我记得书上有说信号来得慢的那个晶体管在串联的时候要放得离output近，这样可以提
高速度，应该就是指这个。 |

今天我们来聊聊存储器，存储器不仅是我国进口集成电路的大头，而且在全球半导体市
场占有举足轻重的地位。
以2016年为例，全球半导体的销售额之和为3389.31亿美元，其中集成电路为2766.98亿
美元，占82%（注意集成电路是半导体的一部分）。但看存储器的话，市场为780-800亿
美元左右，占全球半导体市场的23%，是仅次于逻辑电路的第二大产品。

在存储器这个领域，韩国人是毫无疑问的全球霸主，
在DRAM领域（也即是手机里的1G，2G，4G….内存），韩国拥有压倒性优势，三星+海力
士占了全球份额80%；

份额50%-60%

尔必达破产的2012年，对日本制造来说，是个倒霉的年份。这一年，日本的电子产
业全线崩溃。首先，半导体领域除了尔必达破产之外，另外一家巨头瑞萨也陷入危机;
其次是松下、索尼、夏普三大巨头的亏损总额达到了创纪录的1.6万亿日元;最后是整体
电子产业的产值，只有12万亿日元左右，还不到2000年时(26万亿)的一半。
日本“失去的十年”，通常是指1991年泡沫破灭之后的十年。但从91年开始，日本
