发帖数: 728 | 2 工作以后，时间不像在学校里面那么多。每周零零散散的跑步，效果也不大，也不容易
坚持
所以就考虑加入一个CrossFit Gym.周围最多的就好似NorCal了。
新手需要上一个Prep Course.两周，每周一到每周四，一次一个小时。
有很多session可以选。我选了早上6点-7点的，当然每天都有各种session，主要针对
上班族，还有7-8am，noon-1pm，6-7pm，所以落下啦一个还可以在下一个session补上
prep course每次都有三个部分 warm up - technique learning - 10 min intensive
work out。
Coach会给你纠正你form上的问题，这点很好，在prep course里面，一个coach对3-4个
人，这点很好。以前自己做weight lifting的时候很多不规范的地方都被指出和纠正出
来了。
缺点是
比较贵，prep course要200刀。
一般的membership要220刀一个月。。
当然如果你算成personal training ，这个价钱还是挺对的了 |

sections in 2010. therefore, a few of players got bumped up to 4.5.
this is similar for NorCal men's league 2010, NorCal 4.0 was a weakest in
their group in this year natioanal. i think even fewer men got bumped up to
4.5 in NorCal. generally speaking NorCal did very badly in national this

dynamics and do not produce strikes.

比赛过多并且经常没有替补，会太累，容易受伤。
大部分情况下，在CalNorth的队在Norcal表现总体偏后。大部分人认为Norcal还是明显
强。
对U12 girls来说：
CalNorth只有5个队，因此每个队只有4个对手，有4*2=8次互访赛。只有Juventus进了
State Cup的前8。我小孩在一个tournament碰到过California Magic，那时有伤
（还有4个队友也有伤），但她
在场上能搞破坏（前场和中场防守能力很强，但是在后场不行，缺乏耐心），让对方基
本没有优势。
而Norcal有10个队，每个队战9个不同的队。从现在的战绩看，Montoya的两个队统治这
个年龄（二队在State Cup运气不好，并且进步更大）。Force是State Cup前8的队，不
过现在在大重整（与前16的二队合并了），另外加了Deza总管，球风格在作变化。
Gryphon也是个前16的队。从战绩看，San Bruno也不错。因此，Norcal还是明显强。
我小孩与U13的一个silver队训练过一个多月。感觉与gold和premier的差距最主要不在技

Very few Asian population on the single tracks.
We do have fantastic trails in Norcal though. Nissene Demonstration Forest (
Demo) is only 40 min drive from San Jose and it is a shrine.
Check this forum out instead.

发帖数: 416 | 11 先报成绩:1:29:03。今天的半马比两周前的Norcal 半马PR了5分多，其中pace,course
和天气都起了很大作用。
起跑时很荣幸跟白老大和Miles2Go一起出发，保证了pace不太慢（以前全马半马头一两
迈都很慢）。而且听了Baiji的建议在跑之前warm up了1迈，所以开跑后感觉比较进入
状态。由于事先的目标只是比上次快一点，没敢跟着Baiji的pace。他今天很敬业，为
下次做1:30 的pacer作模拟跑。
跑前的计划是前7迈心率在165 以下,后面提到170，最后冲刺上180。 所以开跑后前几
迈只控制心率在165 以下， 不怎么管pace。不知不觉在7迈处又看见了Baiji在前面不
远处， 感觉精神一振，跟看见了灯塔一样。这就是pacer 的力量。跟上Baiji已经是9
迈后了。在10迈时，Baiji鼓动我冲一个5k, 而且Miles2Go就在前面不到50feet.... 于
是我撒丫子就奔了。 只可惜只坚持了1迈，就觉得喉咙很不爽， 感觉早上吃的香蕉和

这是我的第二次全马，成绩是3:08.37(unofficial), 比今年的SFM首马快了大约25分钟
(其中至少5分钟是因为course的原因)。SFM首马没有什么目标，有些打酱油的感觉，为
以后PR做了很好的铺垫。这次因为要想BQ，所以全力以赴，以后想PR每分钟都会很难了。
这次准备CIM，我跟的是AM55mpw12周的计划。准备SFM时比较无知，没跟任何计划。后
来读跑版知道了AM宝典，CIM的训练就决定跟它了，从AM的5周recovery跟起。一边跟计
划一边读书，对其中的训练慢慢增加了了解。计划一直到11月初都跟得很顺利，中间还
参加了3个半马的比赛。Norcal 半马(1:34)让我觉得BQ有戏，SJ RnR (1:29)又让我有
了新的目标，MHM半马只按MP心律跑的结果(1:35)使我对实现新目标有了信心。但一切
在第八周的10k Tune-up后就都改变了。那天正好比较冷（50F而已，只是我第一次在中
午<60F的温度下跑 tune-up, 而且是第一次跑10K），即使热身了2迈多小腿肌肉还是有

如果MVLA的U11二队有U12的三队的相对水平，我小孩早就会加入MVLA了。不想让她以后
踢ECNL，因此才没有去。但是现在在重新考虑所有的比较实际的选择。附近比较近地方
的U11比U12实在差太多了。
不要太累了，否则心力和体力都会变得过度疲惫。
这样也不错。Montoya人真的是很不错。好像他带的队很少有turnover。另外他带的队
在好的大学教练们面前曝光度非常高。
总体来说，Norcal Premier比CalNorth的水平高些。不要去bronze踢，接受挑战的方面
有限。我小孩对U13比过5场（进了四个球，也有不少次助攻或创造了很好的得分机会）
，对U14比过2场（创造了一些机会，在边路靠速度和灵活很突出）。速度太慢了，但是
有不少个头非常高的。Norcal Premier的U12 gold总体上比U13 bronze应该明显强不少。 |

在这件事情上因为别人与我们的意见不一样，就喊打喊杀，这是另一种极端。
有人觉着游行没用，瞎折腾，如果你这次不出来游行抗议，别人会继续把你做怂往你脸
上吐口水，继续侮辱、嘲弄、辱骂，人性里有恶的一面，Kimmel这种恶人就是被纵容出
来的。
这次活动部分人觉着不理解一个原因是KIMMEL SHOW的背景和看不到 ABC 删除的原片。
有三点事实：
1）Kimmel Show 的剧本创作人是他老婆 Molly McNearney，他是节目制作人与主持人。
2） Kimmel Show 是 当天下午4:30PM 在洛杉矶录制好。

Need to haggle. In Norcal, I'm able to let saleman to lower from 6.5k off to 9k off just with 2 emails. If I'm serious now, 10K off should be no problem.
The real issue is: is it the best price yet? Car sales varies with seasons a lot. Usually Oct to Dec is good time to get bargain of outdated models.
I'm expecting Routan to be $12k or more off then. If they really discontinue the model, even $15k off?

对我们这些推个钢琴都不可能不枯燥的人来说，真难想象网球这么体力的活儿，能让搞
得这么fun还出色！ How is that ever possible? 到底是我们的孩子不行，还是家长
不行？ :) 我还一直以为费德勒的成长过程不像郎朗那样变态苦逼，是个特例呢...现
实显然是反过来。郎朗那种在变态教育方式下还能成功，才是特例。
