后出租。同行的师姐忙的饭都吃不上，都是卖这种房子。 |

比较大， 不过我觉得一个还可以的地方HOA不应该超过200/month吧，不然的话一个月
就没有什么profit拉亚，你们觉得呢？然后还有insurance. 像Norcross这种50k左右的
烂房子insurance一年大概是多少钱呢？

don't pay the tax for $50k. The insurance company still need to appraise
the house and charge them the tax for $110k. They don't do it based on how
much you paid for the house.
I think if you want to buy a house at low price at that area, house will be
better since the price maybe close and there is no HOA fee for the house.
And the resale value of the house is much higher and easier to sell it. |

当然没有国内的钱柜装修的那么气派豪华
服务那么体贴周到
但是音响效果还是不错的
歌曲库也还算比较全
因为唱的都是80的年代的老歌
比如让我们荡起双桨，恋曲1980之类的
所以不知道曲库新不新...有待后人考证

发帖数: 1915 | 48 看您的具体要求，说说我比较熟悉Gwinnett county吧。如果不考虑学区，人口简单没
有小孩子
30092的townhouse/condo 是非常理想的。
喜欢独立房子的话 Norcross 30093也可以买到这个价位的房子。
30071房子状况是一样的，但是整体环境就非常之差了。
Lilburn 30044,30047 房子状况好多了，基本不用修，就是稍微远一些。
这个价位要是duluth30096 学区和环境就更好，不急的话话就是要碰，偶尔有状况比较好的
townhouse，2004年到2006年，靠近大中华。这个价位的房子就很老，地点和有点背街。
您可以利用这个网站查邮编http://zipmap.net/
如果是自己住可以买hud home--政府拍卖房子，便宜而且房子状况好。最好是找有
hudhome执照的agent帮你开门和做手续。（有的小型地产公司可能没有另外申请这个
执照）
