Will it be too long? From what I read, the length of skis could be longer
than you height if you skill is advanced and if it is a all-mountain (fat?)
skis.
My current skis are 160cm with 70mm waist (also Nordica). I am a advanced
skier with 20+ days each season, mostly in Tahoe |

my feet has a pretty narrow heel, and a lot of boots I find the heel doesn't
fit well. I tried the F1 as well - it doesn't fit as well at the F3 for me
. I find Nordica in general to be pretty comfortable - despite a
110 stiffness rating.
Maybe give it a try if you have the opportunity. |

comfortable boots. Salomon and Lange are definitely too narrow for me,
Technica, Nordica, Head are much better. My Beast has a flex index
adjustable from 110 to 120, as a beginner I feel totally fine with them. The
boots are so comfy that I don't bother loosening the buckles during lunch.
But you really need to go to a good boot fitter when buying the new pair, or
learn to how to size properly by yourself. Or you may end up w |

，。
是104mm，M系列宽度是102mm,H系列宽度是100mm，等等。如果是beginner，不建议穿超
过硬度70的鞋，太硬了脚滑一天会很难受。

intermediate/advance的板子。skiing开始进步很快，你这一套下来肯定得200了。
我建议是skis+bindings 花300左右买老款的intermediate/advanced的，可以多用2个
雪季。
鞋子你们不懂的话到local ski shop去淘，他们会有便宜的。中国人一般脚肥，网上买很容易买
到不合适的，反而还多花钱。鞋子比板难挑多了。
我上个月看见ct的new england ski and scuba有一套nordica的intermediate的套装，
包括板，鞋子和杖，才$200. 那款Nordica的鞋子在网上都卖200刀。你们在MA可以打电话问
问是否还有。我觉得比这款K2的好太多。 |

这次本来没想去park city，但是any mountain熟悉的sales mm告诉我，vail resorts
demo在她们那买ski可以当credit用，想着LD要升级器材，索性去趟park city好了。
park city有个summit demo house，小小的一间，男生ski比较多，有blizzard bramha
, nordica nrgy100, volkl mantra/kendo, rossignol sin 7/soul7/experience 88/
experience 100, 还有些racing ski, powder ski。各种长度比较齐。女生选择少的可
怜，blizzard sheeva, rossignol savory 7, volkl aura/viola, nordica la nina。
demo可以按小时（大概是1小时10，2小时18，4小时36，全天45），无限多次进出。要
是ski选择多些就完美了。上面的小哥调试很麻利，但对ski非常不熟悉。

发帖数: 3042 | 15 你要是半年前问我，我做了好多research，现在都忘的差不多了，呵呵。我的脚虽然没
有平足，但是也很宽，最后买的是nordica beast。据说 Lange的最窄，Nordica的比较
宽，其实很多时候不是整个靴子都窄，而是某些骨头突出的地方有压痛点，这种可以找
ski shop把靴子外壳的形状改改。
还有个教训就是春夏秋天少穿球鞋凉鞋，否则到了冬天脚要大半号 |

intermediate之间，主要是在附近的
小山丘上downhill。看上的都是200左右的
1. Nordica GTS 8, $210
2. Head Edge 9.5T Heat fit $259
3. Technica Modo 8 $220
是不是performance都差不多？打算去试试，合脚就买了。
上网搜了一下，如果在网上买，能便宜5－10％的样子。不过这个东西还是要试一下才
保险吧？
考古的时候看有人说东部冰比较多，所以ski的edge要比较锋利。这个对选boot有什么
讲究么？

park skis (nordica super charge ignition). I end up skiing on the twip tip
most of the time although I don't do any park stuff. The park skis perform
reasonably well on crud and powder.

, rossi, K2, elan, etc.
but again, the difference is subtle and you may not be able to take
advantage before you can comfortably control your 140cm unisex skis. my
suggestion is the same as others, don't consider getting new gears before
you outgrow your current ones, which I don't think you have. |

the line. 鞋型似乎偏瘦一些，比较适合俺的瘦长脚。Flex 80--90, 我调到80。 好像
普通的supercharger是70--80可调的flex. |

发帖数: 3042 | 42 今天午饭的时候溜出去试了几双，开始试beginner boots, 反而都不舒服，后来boot
fitter说你试试这双吧，虽然是performance boot, 但是很宽。是一双被穿了几次的
Nordica The Beast
trade in。我一直怀疑performance boots不可能舒服，没想到感觉非常好，穿了十分
钟，只有一个突出骨头的地方压的比较疼，但是boot fitter说这种问题是最容易fix的
。刚才他打电话说他已经做了一点微调，就是把有压疼的地方punch out 1.5mm，我打
算下班去试试。他跟我说根据他50年（！）boot fitting的经验，这双boots对我来说
是最promising的一双，而且我可以随时带回去调整，直到perfect为止，我想我八成就
会买它了。
