租房
想要找一室一厅的公寓，最好离公司开车30分钟以内
我在网上搜了一下，怎么感觉northboro的公寓只有avalon而且好贵啊
公司的朋友劝我不要住去worcester和marlboro，说不太安全
所以现在在考虑westboro和framingham的房子，大家有没有推荐的？
还有就是我现在住的房子utility是全包的，可是网上查到的几处apartment complex都
没有包，想问一下冬天那边utility大概一个月需要多少 |

发帖数: 4110 | 2 Marlboro还行。 Framingham要避免火车站附近的。30分钟的余地很大，看你在
Northboro哪里，你甚至可以30分钟跑到Boxborough。倒不是建议你一定往Boxborough
跑，尤其不是租学区房（即使考虑学区房，除非你非要去AB，Westboro和Hopkington学
区也很好，Northboro-Southboro本身也不差，还更近），意思是你的情况应该不难。 |

老老少少骚妹16只，最小未成年15寸，最老熟鲈21寸。本因超过20条，今早第一条小号
的深钩死了，给另个老中拿走了。我SetHook就不等了，一有突的感觉立马扬竿，这样
跑了5，6条是有的。练功多年，艳阳天钓水库多少是个死穴，功力最高也不过七成，最
近几次都是高温的艳阳天，却连连打破我的数量记录，嗯，功力已经跳过八楼直奔9层
了。这个夏天要多试试毒日当午钓小口，以证明不是巧合，是功夫真有了底蕴，能做到

Westborough ? outback at Rt9 and Rt135, 1+韩国店downtown, Rt 9 沿线好像还有
几个意大利小店说的过去，一个sushi 店
Hudson, 印象中好像就一个聚丰楼buffet, 墓地边上
Northboro RT20 附近一个泰国店，还有一个texas bbq, 一个意大利店忘了名字了
Hopkinton/Milford 还有几个小店 |

发帖数: 4333 | 29 当然是Westborough在3个town里面最好，生活也方便很多，town里的自来水，下水道，
天然气。超市比其他两个多很多，stop n shop，BJs（好怀念老BJ)，lowes, target,
walmart，等等。各种钢琴课，中文课（我们不在哪儿上,唯一的跨区课外活动），画画
课，舞蹈体育, YMCA都在Westborough，学区也比那2个好，交通也很方便，9号，495,
90。就是房产税很高，2%。要我排名Westboro>Shrewsbury>Souttboro>Northboro>
Marlboro。 |

到craigslist上找。
除了marlborough以外，你还可以考虑一下westborough，shrewsbury，framingham，都
还不错.
冬天不包utilities 用电取暖的话，一个月会有$100-$200，这也要看你的使用模式，
比如在家的时间和
设的温度。公寓的话，楼层越高越暖和哦 :))). |

Shrewsbury镇子很好。要比较学区的话，Westboro 〉Shrewsbury。But the
difference hardly matters to many people. Shrewsbury学区已经挺好。 |
