（一）
2004年毕业的那年，是一年的年中。澳洲正值隆冬，百叶凋零，努力在家里把暖气调至
最大，仍然觉得不够暖。等移民的绿卡等了2个多月，终于在9月底前拿到。计划是在澳
洲再呆一段时间，然后回国度假。因为当时也有2年多没有回国。于是定了第二年年初
的机票，回国过年。心里不是不空落的，毕业就好像失业一样。像我这样毕业的人遍地
都是，成绩不算最突出，在澳洲呆的2年英文的提高竟然也只是泛泛。2005年4月底我又
回到了澳洲，正式打算开始找工作。
我学的是会计，本科生。那时候觉得满世界的同胞们，男生学的统统是IT，女生全
部是会计。为的是移民容易。现在踏入社会，才发现全都是自己的手足同胞，上届的，
这届的，下届毕业的，都在找工作。于是开始漫天的发简历。一个月竟有个面试的机会
，在一所大学做接待留学生的机会。匆匆赶了去，给自己面试的是2个三四十岁的男士

几个帮派，福青，华青，越青，等等。去吃饭遇到左青龙右白虎纹身的服务员很正常，
在NorthEnd，South Boston，有黑手党势力横行。反黑连坐法出来以后都给灭了。没有
一个国家是完美的，如果美国不能让你满意，世界上还没有能让你满意的地方。 |

发帖数: 18705 | 5 有几家是烤的，以前波城第一家高级中餐馆Sally Ling是烤出来的，Newton，NorthEnd
，还有酒店里的一家都倒闭了。老板跟唯禄餐馆是连襟。Sally据说是当年波城一支花
。掌门人仇师傅以前在唐人街开了一家，好像生意不好倒了。现在在Wellesley开了一
家，叫仇师傅私房菜，生意不错。
你要开烤鸭店不太理想，老美是不懂得欣赏的，老中会嫌贵，烤鸭要新鲜烤出来，就算
事先处理一下，也要45分钟。餐期转台太慢了。 |

問題是成本，每天能烤多少，能賣多少
估計一開始生意還好，久了大家嘗過了，又不需要了

怪不得人家都说不赚钱呢，我还是留着这个手艺当作业余爱好就算了。

家都有。 |

发帖数: 80 | 10 大概从哪里来？如果想看海可以去 New England Aquarium后面待待，有长椅，可以看
Boston Harbour停放和路过的各种各样的游船。附近可以买票做Boston Harbour游或者
whale watch.周围都是轻松hangout的地方。往西走就是Faneuil Hall Marketplace，
City Hall area. 他们的北边是northend. 有一些Italian餐馆。 |

发帖数: 24 | 11 请问谁能指点一下，我们六月底来旅游，没租车，最后一天如果住Northend，Checkout
之后的行李有没有方便寄存的地方，飞机夜里九点。当天要去Mit 等大学参观。是不是
租车最方便，如果从专门跑机场租好还回机场可行么？听说有WaterTaxi可以去机场，
我可以乘船去机场租车开回城里，大概要多少时间。谢谢大家帮忙指点。

发帖数: 801 | 12 hotel 没住过，借lz贴说几句。downtown算比较繁华的区，有queency market 和
freedom trail. 印象比较深的是northend附近的石板路和欧式小房子。南边
prudential大楼 附近有个newberry的小街可以看看。 不过纽约来得对城市，血拼
都没兴趣。
所以博士屯的精华应该是在cambridge。著名的H&M由charles河相连，是公认的大牌。
到charles河里kayak一下，看看桥底下的字，去燕京图书馆附庸风雅，然后到H里的小
广场喝杯茶，culture night out.
该屯周围有几个不错的小town, 推荐一个wellesley. wc 名头不输H&M , 以培养女文青
，女强人，女政客出名。里面的建筑非常古色古香，后面还有个小湖，放假时有人
Sailing.
近年歌颂该屯黑社会的电影也不少，the departed, the town, 21...
去前可以重看经典。 |

google fisherman depot in flushing(chinese), go visit and you will learn
more about local fishing and meet a lot professional guys.
you such a rookie, i said too much here already. |
