I might be wrong, I heard there are two school districts in Bothel: Lake
Washington and Northshore. One is significantly worse than the other. |

的学校也不错, inglemoor high毕业去好学校的不少.

Northshore虽然也是很不错的学区，但是已经不是楼主特指的Kirkland地区了，它主要
包含Bothell、Kenmore、Woodinville。如果楼主愿意考虑这几个城市，也是不错的选
择。这些地区到微软、Google、波音都还算方便，加上Bellevue、Redmond、Kirkland
、Sammamish、Issaquah房价狂飙，所以很多人选择在这些城市买房。人口素质较高，
犯罪率较低。唯一的缺点是早晚高峰期405高速堵车严重，走local红绿灯又太多。
Lake Washington学区早些年确实一般，这几年特别是近三年来，得益于大量亚裔新移
民（主要是中国人和印度人）人口的增多，导致整体水平上升很快。特别是Redmond
Ridge和Sammamish地区，从小学、初中到高中，几乎每个学校的排名都很靠前。
所以，具体还是要看楼主怎么想，这样才好更好地规划。 |

issaquah school district里面选一个地方。据说lake forest park挺好的，很多老美
喜欢，树多，交通也算方便，但是就是因为在shoreline学区，有的老美不如中国人那
么在乎学区的，都会把它排除了 |

Bridle Trails 那边学区好，可是太贵。
Redmond开过来不知道远不远。

Kirkland 有Highlands和Rose Hill的房子还比较便宜,不过学校一般般
Bothell现在中国人好像不多,但是越来越多的中国人往那边去, NorthShore学区有几个
学校不错的. 买东西嘛就不知道了,有住Bothell的同学说说? |

look like a walkable distance (<10 minutes). Also, The elementary school is
Kenmore elementary, which has a rating of 7.
Bentley and Polygon have some new homes near I-405 exit 22, with a park &
ride right next to the exit.The schools serving these two communities have
ratings all above 8. However, the price are somewhat higher than your budget
, in the 700s and 800s.

有人了解Northshore townhomes 吗？网上review不太好，不过我真喜欢他家的房子。
有没有其他的建议?喜欢比较新的townhome、house或２-３层的公寓,2-bedroom,
budget<$1800.

买白菜似的这么容易，不像加州随便个老掉牙的小黑屋都是天价，结果。。。
看房看了都快半年了，我们要求不高啊，就想买个2000尺左右的，汤耗子、独立耗子都
行，平房楼房都行，northshore、juanita、kirkland都行，95年以后建的，朝向好一
点的，周围安静点的，学区好坏都无所谓，东向和南向要有大窗户的并不要有大树挡住阳
光的。就是找不到啊找不到！！房子都去哪儿了？？是不是现在房源很少？等到3、4月份
会不会房源多很多？
有时候路过一片小区，觉得特别喜欢，房子又新，环境又好，可就是没人卖啊！真恨不能
提把刀进去问他们卖不卖？lol 为嘛现在就没有那么好的房源呢？想守株待兔死等那些好
的neighborhood里有房子挂出来吧，又不知道是不是得等到下一个猴年。。 |

，房子有很多都是全新的小区，上班如果在bellevue,redmond的话，开车20分钟，不用
走高速 |

不知这个比例有多大），都有资格参加选拔考试。 其它好像说家长甭管了，他们会做
调查研究做决定。华盛颇湖好像是统考。两市录取比率不知如何定义。 如果是录取比
率三分之一是总体学生，那不太可能， 也没有什么意义了。 |
