powder into the nasal cavity. i used to have nosebleed very frequently when
i was in middle school. Once it bled again and the hemorrhage did not stop
even after half an hour... I was then sent to the clinic - -b An old doctor
did that VC powder thing to me and I got cured thoroughly... Maybe you can

could be from the dry air during the winter time, especially when heating is
applied indoors, can use a humidifier in his room, make sure he drink
plenty of fluid to stay hydrated, you can also apply small amount of
vaseline just inside of his nares, on the nasal septum; also make sure he
doesn't pick his nose(even that it could be exciting and amusing for a five
years old, or sometimes for a 50 y/o),

不是特管用，
1）后来发现晚上把暖气温度开低比较管用，我们就给娃稍微晚上睡觉多穿些，然后睡
觉时暖气只开65度（以前开68-70度，太干了），就好多了。
2）我们家娃还有一个容易出鼻血的原因（老大的时候都不知道，到老二的时候才看到
），就是吃purple grapes. 有些食物含anticoagulant，小孩吃了特容易流鼻血。

这是我对扑克玩家的成长一点心得，不一定都是对的，总是有特例的，但我想对大
多数人来说是差不多的。
级别1：
刚刚学会打牌的规则，没有任何技巧的概念，打牌基本是乱玩。
级别2：
看了一点资料，可能看了一本书，知道了pot odds, position, 知道了打牌要tight
aggressive, 不过其实并不懂为什么， 也不知道怎么样打才叫tight aggressive, 打
牌的技巧基本只知道preflop, flop, 如果问问题的话，一般只记得自己有什么牌，
flop上有什么牌，对每个人的动作只记得是bet/check/raise, 不在意下注的大小，
大家的位置，stack 大小，等等。这时候记得的牌多半是AA/KK 这种牌。
级别3：

I believe in this, because I have a cousin who has been very successful in
online poker. He built his roll through grinding and has been playing
nosebleed for years. If online poker is rigged, he wouldn't be nowhere.
