时候作惊讶状,(这个土人以为我只是要做个类似盒子的牛肉馅饼没想到是夹好几层的

就蹦了四个字——味道不错——然后我一转身,一块饼就没了……
本身就是借用别人的方子的,直接copy链接啦,我就是把馅改成牛肉了,1/3小盒馅做
了两个饼,下次
可以稍加一些肉馅,就更饱满些。

面皮一定要擀薄,折的时候封边一定要牢,其他的都挺简单,比想象的简单
皮蛋瘦肉粥熬了一个多小时,搭车奔吧,没啥特色,冰箱只剩一个皮蛋了,肉是多的,
搭了一点生菜。

玛格丽特(入口即化)
材料:
黄油100G,糖粉60G,熟鸡蛋黄2个,低粉100G,玉米淀粉100G。
做法:
1、黄油加糖打发,熟蛋黄过筛加入打发的黄油拌匀;
2、低粉过筛,加入搅拌均匀的黄油、蛋黄中;
3、揉成团,不能太用力,包保鲜膜放入冰箱;
4、1小时后取出面团,搓成小圆球摆入烤盘;
5、用拇指将圆球压扁;
6、160度预热,160度中层20分钟就好了。 |

P****D 发帖数: 11146 | 19 今天打算做黄桃蛋糕,看看方子觉得很简单。就是基础戚风,在最后一步拌面糊的时候
拌进去黄桃碎粒,就可以了。
然后……我老贪心不足蛇吞象地把整整一罐头近两磅的黄桃都切碎放进去了8个蛋的蛋
糕里!而且,黄桃里全tmd是水,切碎了就更多水!!我笨我猪我竟然以为水多点没关
系,多烤点时间可以自己烤干!!!总之最后成品里面湿乎乎的,外壳已经糊了。一看
蛋糕底面,几乎已经看不见面的部分了,全是全是全是我老放进去的黄桃碎粒!!!!
我对不起党国,对不起委座,对不起国民,当然最对不起的还是bf。为了赔罪,我老豁
出去了。等bf来了我把这看上去恶心巴拉的玩意儿(不过肯定熟了)放到我身上,让他
也享受一下小日本的“女体盛”……
结论:凡是要做水果蛋糕而且是把水果放在糕体本身里面的,一定要先把水沥掉!!!
!而且绝对不要放得太多!!!!!

除了方子后面的tips,我在写一些因地制宜的美国版tips
1. 如果不是一堆人且大厨赶紧十足的情况,千万不要五百克面,五个鸡蛋,工作量太
大了。我这么搞了,后来炸面条的时候炸了三分之二吧,之后就看着一锅面条了。我最
后是用十寸烤盘装的,所以我觉得300克面和三个鸡蛋的工作量就好了。
2.方子里面说不加水和面,我加了一点点水,不然我实在是揉不了那么多的干面了,事
实上我是北方人,和这个面还是很要手劲的。我最后做出来也挺酥的,所以加点水没事
的。
3.我除了加了一点水,还自作主张的加了一小勺baking powder,之后醒面的时间比较
长,大概有四五十分钟吧。
4.炸面条的油要多,舍不得油吃不到萨其马。因为面条下锅后马上会膨胀,就像爆米花
一样,所以要做好思想准备。油温在5和6之间,建议之前先大火烧下油,之后冷却到6

1。蒜香鳕鱼
菜谱from gxz
- 鳕鱼fillet洗净切小块,加盐酒生粉胡椒粉适量腌一会儿。
- 腌鱼的时候:
> 将花椒壳儿(去黑子)炒热(不要炒焦),拿出稍放凉后,捣成末,或用擀面仗碾成
末。
> 切葱姜蒜末(要细),和花椒末拌在一起,
- 把鱼块开水烫一下就捞出装碗,把葱姜蒜花椒末铺在上面,浇些生抽。
- 用烧开了的热油均匀浇入,拌拌匀就可以吃了。
山寨特色:要去花椒黑子,我就一起倒腾了。
