在诊所里， 经常有家长会说“医生，给我的孩子动手术可以不上麻醉药吗？我的孩子
很配合，手术的时候你们按住他不让他乱动行吗？”家长的心情我可以理解， 但在多
数情况下， 麻醉还是要用。
其实儿童牙科的麻醉分很多种， 不仅仅是大家想像的送到OR的那种。
先来讲一下麻醉的作用。小儿麻醉最基本的可以说是：睡眠+止痛=麻醉。睡眠对小儿手
术非常重要，因为小儿对于手术会有高度的恐惧感，特别是牙科会用到很多工具， 如
果孩子的蛀牙很多， 要拔，做根管， 作冠， 会时间比较长。如果孩子一直在清醒的
状态， 会对他的心理造成极大的恐惧和伤害， 可能以后都会惧怕看牙， 这是我们不
愿意看到的。同时小孩很难耐受疼痛以及术中因固定姿势而造成的不舒服感觉， 如果

including Singulair. We had seen all kind of specificity dr as well, the
lung dr, the ENT, the allergy and asthma dr. Very frustrating. They say it

So they prescribed many medicines for every single possibility.
We had a air purifier, quite expensive, but not feel the difference.

钓上来还要冒生命危险丢回去。 即使不解钩子也得损失一套钓组。 2年前老爸一个朋
友钓上来条sting ray一个大意被在小腿正前方上一扎。 疼得出救护车， 最强力的止
疼药都止不住。 3千+医药费不说， 50好几的人疼得流了一个月得眼泪， 边上班边疼
了3个月。 一点不夸张。 STING RAY是我最不在乎死活的鱼。
第二讨厌的是CHANNEL CATFISH。 鲶鱼都不好看就不说了， 关键CHANNEL还长不大。
好坏平头和蓝猫能长很大， 钓起来过瘾啊。 牛头鲶鱼就不说了， 人小但是好吃的很
。 所以CHANNEL CATFISH算是十分鸡肋的鱼。
第三讨厌的是CARP。 CARP之所以排在CHANNEL CAT后面无非就是它长得大， 力道足。
前些日子用亮片居然莫名其妙上了条10LB左右的CARP， 4LB得线折腾了20分钟最后被下
游的哥们受不了进水里给捞起来了。 手腕真心的酸啊。

last 2 practice sessions driver 很差， 仍然很多top spin low fly 加上nose
dive。 原因我也知道， 就是club head close too much at impact, 完全变成网球上
手抽球。
我尝试了先打pw,8i warm up and get into groove. shot iron 打的校准， 距离也
很不错（比我当时的大多driver 还远）， 直接上手。 但是driver 还是答不出应有的
launch angel。
driver swing 和iron swing 还是不同。 最近的一个practice session, 我用了5 球
就矫正了driver。时不时还有low hook, 但是至少没有top spin nose dive 了。

下面是俺使用格牢靠23碰到的问题，也是俺要把手里的G23卖掉的原因。 这毛病不是
limp wrist，也不是老生常谈的KB(kaboom)。。。
俺手里的G23是08年底买的。 以前有过一把G32，一直没发现任何问题。 格牢靠在俺眼
里一直以为是最不“敏感”的枪，也就是说，什么样的子弹都能打，从来没有FTF，FTE
等等问题(除了limp wrist以外)。 最近发现原来格牢靠的40口径的枪，有个很严重的
问题： 如果你装一个枪灯在导轨上(俺用的是Streamlight TLR1s)，就很有可能出现
failure to feed。 特点是子弹nose dive，弹头顶在弹夹前壁上，根本没举起来。
Streamlight网站上的FAQ里，有提到这个问题http://www.streamlight.com/faq/，但他们没说明白为什么，也没说清楚解决的关键。。。
格牢靠的枪用的塑料枪身，在射击中会轻微变形flex，减轻后座对手的冲击，这个我们
