变速箱油换了royal purple 的 synchromax，强烈推荐啊，之前一档到2档的时候老是
要等一下synchro, 否则....grind & notch, 抓狂。换了这个之后，o, man, it rocks
. 太爽了，直接吸进去，现在只要扔一下档把就进去了
BMW原厂的油号称 life time, 哦了个去，他定义的lifetime 难道就是保修期？
现在都有点想以后换他家的机油了，价格都差不多

安静，舒适，居家过日子很适合。
想运动的话就算了，变速箱调校很慵懒，不过深踩的话还是没问题的。 |

Just test dove the CLA 250 at my neighborhood dealership. They are putting a
$2991 markup on the car right now! They said preorders are not getting
charged the markup so that's kinda cool i guess.

本来看了几个月的Outback了，家里说给我补贴点费用让我买个结实点的欧洲车，于是
预算一松，开始看这几个车。
先是盯着XC60看，版上研究了一阵子，觉得deal不错，性价比好。和LD去试车，被无比
简陋的内饰震惊了，感觉完全不是40K的车该有的内饰。整个塑料加铝边的感觉且不说
，就说中控那块的设计简直莫名其妙令人发指。一组12个拨号键完全不知所云，还有一
个人形的空调出风口调节让人哭笑不得。考虑到买了车一直要对着内饰看，这个有点非
主流接受不了，否了。
当时还顺便试了XC70，我前面写过一个帖子，觉得外形接受不了。但是从操控性上来说
，因为相对比XC60要低一些，感觉也更稳。马力什么的我觉得都没什么问题，尤其喜欢
BLIS。放弃这两款完全是因为样子/内饰。价钱已经砍得不错了，也有0APR，放弃略有
点可惜。

Max torque at low RPM is much more useful. Use the 2010 or earlier-year BMW
650i as an example, it generates 360lb of torque at merely 3400rpm - think
about the acceleration you get when the traffic light turns green.BTW, the
engine is neither turbo nor diesel.
Horse power decides the top speed, and way before you can use it up, a cop

3 power steering大约每6，7万换，有些老美讲如果转向没问题，可以一直用到10万
4 刹车片 可以自己拿手电筒照，看看是不是磨到看不到notch了，懒的话，等听到沙沙
的摩擦声，表明该换了，一般快磨到头时，刹车要多踩，刹车油面也下降多些。

还有一个65/67 two step 扳手，都不行）。查了一下有一个64mm 扳手（加长套筒，带
适用于toyota车的notch）。
因为急着用车，就先加了新机油。
现在是赶紧买新扳手重新换机油（新加的synthetic油就浪费了），还是可以过2～
3000mile 等油脏了再换？ |

下学期这样搞：
Final 改optional
Final 前2周半安排一个MT 再之前安排几个考试随意
Final 前一周半通报MT成绩
然后给学生算出所有的分数 可以用Blackboard通知
然后对成绩满意的 不需要考FInal
对成绩不满意的 考Final替换一次MT(或者几次作业之类的)
好处是 学生对成绩心里有数
再就是对成绩还保有提高的希望
可替换的那个MT（或者作业）最好占20%左右 这样他从70提高到90(95)能拉高总分4(5)
左右 能提高1-2个notch 也不算太离谱的安排
实践证明大部分好学生几乎都不需要参加optional final
中等偏上的 乐得拿个B左右的成绩 少考一门
大部分是D C附近 或者楼主遇到的这类学生需要高分拉GPA毕业的 |
