也不说是哪天寄的 email里面说“A copy of the appointment notice is included
for your information.”也不知道是要给个attachment（email里是没看见），还是
指mail的notcie包括了appointment notice。

昨天和今天分别收到了几乎一模一样的approval notice，唯一的区别是Notice Date不
一样，一个是December 30, 2010,还有一个是 January 4th，2011.
不知道有没有人也遇到过这种情况的。
俺在file NIW的同时还file了EB1(A)，今天拿到第二份notice的时候还以为是EB1(A)中
了。老天保佑俺的EB1(A)快点批吧，等待的日子实在是煎熬啊。 |

感觉非常奇怪， 我和我老公的绿卡在1 月6 号收到，生效日期是1 月4号， 也收到
email 说我们的
485 approval notice 在一月6号 寄出。但是我们至今未收到485 notice。不知是移
民局没有
寄出还是寄丢了。
有没有 同学像我们这样的? 是否该打电话区移民局?

二次的又丢了。USCIS现在不给寄了。说如果要求再寄的话，要填个什么表，还要交$
200.想问问大家，如果绿卡已经收到的话，这个485 approval notice还重要吗？ 比如
以后要renew 绿卡什么的还需要这个approval notice 吗？ 如果不是那么重要的话，

打电话要他们重寄，TSC的人要我重新file一个I-824(applcaition for action on an
approved applciation or petition)的申请。我查了一下，这个东西要$405的
processing fee而且处理时间要好几个月。
我想如果I485可以用receipt notice代替approval notice, 我就不弄这个I-824了。大
家谁有经验呀？谢谢 |

问这个扫描版就可以将来用来申请485了吧？
还有，律师只扫描了正面，I-797背面没有扫描，如果将来申请485的时候只提交正面，

最后，发现我的H1B的approval notice有一个I-94，但是I-140的approval notice上面
却没有，是不是出错了？

信說
“Base on your request, we researched the status of your case. We are
actively processing your case. We have had to perform additional review on
this case which has caused a longer processing time. At this time your case

customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283”
這種情況， 下一步怎麼办？还是只能等了？

The scheduled date will be mid of July.
I didn't find any words for walk-in process in the notice.
But I often saw people mentioned they walked in earlier than the scheduled
date.
Where I can find whether I can walk-in with the FP notice?

你file 485时，可以空着A#那一项。
也许你需要等至少一周能拿到I-140的approval notice。USCIS都是集中邮寄的。
