. I have the marriage certificate notorized more than 8 years ago in China.
I'm wondering if I could still use it together with the original copy of the
marriage certificate. Will it be too old to use? Could anyone here share

携带申请人写的委托书和相关材料(通常包括户口、身份证复印件和结婚证，具体可以
向公证处询问)到公证处(不一定要办理结婚所在地)办理结婚公证(婚姻真实性公证)。
也可以办理结婚证公证。还有一种方法是拿结婚证和翻译件到银行等地做notorization
，但可能会引起RFE，在时间不是很紧张的情况下不推荐。如果是在美国注册结婚，需
要到当地的city hall 办理有关notary，递交notary 的copy。注册结婚的certificate
copy 本身一般不足以作为结婚公证。但是也有个别网友汇报只交certificate copy，
绿卡顺利批了，没有要求RFE。 |

不给办，因为结婚证不是老家领的。
我已经递交了485，用的是银行公证的，就是找个朋友翻译签证，银行notorize，这种
情况能过吗？
我有两个女儿，我把两个孩子的出生证明都放进去了（7岁3岁） |

Notorization和州务卿的认证。
请问，有人做过州务卿的认证么？有没有电话或者网页查询的？

运会体育场，旁边好像还有个植物园，新发现的还有哪个叫china 的运河，
据说赌场哪里有9道菜的法餐，没赶上吃。。。鹅肝，蜗牛 等 |

如果有医学出生证明原件，原则上是first evidence,可以在美国翻译，然后坐一下
notorization即可。
不一定要在上海办，可以在你家那里办。
在你家那里办，提供复印件就可以了。 不过正常情况下，如果有认识人，这些都不是
问题。 |

发帖数: 10121 | 14 这个叫SIGNATURE NOTARY，就是你提供文件，当着他的面签字生效。一般的PUBLIC
NOTARY没有办法就文件内容公证，除非他自己有这些专业的业务。但是都可以做任何文
件的签字公证。比如商业文件人家INSTRUCTION上说明要NOTORIZED INVOICE，这些机构
不可能还了解你卖的什么，什么型号什么意思，所以文件涉及内容本身是无法公证的，
但是你在文件上加个签名就可以作为签名公证了。
这里面其实比较含糊，很多要公证的如果就是走个形式的话也不注意公证性质和上面的
COMMENTS（只是签名公证仔细读是能看出来的），只要有个盖章就行了，呵呵。这有点
象个空子，大家可以试试：） |

notorize的,也是traffic school,华人,$45,8个小时.其实真正也就上了4个小时,早上2
个小时,然后去吃饭,下午在两个小时,当场就给了certificate.很容易,这比online

only one fucking window for that, and each person takes at least like 15, 20
mins...
most ppl need to go re-write or fill out some forms after the first time,
and come back the second time. the officer will always tell them that when
they come back the second time, no need to wait in line. and everybody in
line will let those ppl get in front of them, no problem.

the visa lines are ok. there are more windows and the steps are simpler |

must include original documentation such as passports and birth certificates
, or certified copies of these documents by the issuing agency. Notarized or

license, it should be fine.

ATION，虽然CBP有时候会通融。你们公司应该保存复印件，给你原件。至少你们公司要
