了一下，可是还是有不明白的地方。希望有经验的朋友们指点一下。
一是，父母的护照需要每页都复印吗？还是有内容的几页就可以了。
二是，父母现在还在我这里，所以护照上还少个回国海关的章。是不是等他们回去后再
复印护照比较好？
三是，我明年的税表是不是需要全部寄到Form W-7上指定的地址，而不是1040上的地址
？

transcripts(in both English and Chinese) notorized by Chinese notorization
office. His undergraduate school in China(Guangzhou) does not send any
offcial materials to US like most Chinese schools. SJSU said notorized
documents alone are not considered official and the application is thus
incomplete.
Anybody have this kind of experience and any suggestions to get through this
mess? Thanks. |

If you are an American citizen, you need to create a letter, have it
notorized by any notiry public, then notorized by state government office,
then by the Chinese Consulate.
If you are a Chinese citizen, you may need to write your own letter then go
to the Chinese consulate in person to get notorized. |

birthdays, parents' names, birth places;
2) marriage certificate (notorized chinese/english copy), date/place.
if there's any previous divorce etc., need to have certificate for those too;
3) your birth certificate (notorized chinese/english copy), same as 1, if
you don't have it.

must show up in the past 2 statements. So, you may need the money for longer
than 2 months for the money to show up in the statements. it is simply not
enough to just have the money in the bank for 2 months, the statement has to
be free of international wirings and other unexplained cash/non-cash
deposites, otherwise, you would have hell to provide validations.

3. up to date immunization record
4. TB test result after landing to the US. this test must be done in US.

. Therefore, I digged them up last weekend mannually.
I can throw them into trash bin. But I am just wondering whether we can kill
them by composting them.
Anyone has such experience?
Please confirm this method.
If composting them is ok, I don't need to burn them down.

Crabgrass won't sprout until April.
there are at least two types of weedy grass in your lawn.
One of them is bluegrass which is annual grass and will die in May.
Another one is dallisgrass which is perennial and notorous.
It is very difficult to remove dallisgrass unless you remove their whole
roots. |

基本上合约什么的都可以电子签名。。 最后closing 的时候要不要notorized 签名看
你的州的规定。

1.Resident保税才可能把父母作为Dependent来退税。学生5年之后可以填Resident表格。
2.父母必须呆够183天才可以Claim成Dependent，183天的计算方法是：当年的天数+前
一年的天数/3+再前一年的天数/6
3.如果父母能被claim成dependent，personal exemption就增加了，taxable income
就减少了，就少交税了，跟有没有付父母工资没关系
4.老公给朋友写的如何给父母申请ITIN和File联邦税：In order to claim parents as
dependant you have to fill in form W-7. When asked about the Reason you are
submitting Form W-7, choose ‘d’: Dependent of U.S. Citizen/Resident Alien

problem. I also hold a Liaoning Passport, but I applied in
Shanghai because I worked there.
2. Did you notorize your marriage certificate? If not, do
that.

母将带我儿子从中国来美国。
State Department建议notorize一份Consent for International Travel，说明我和我
太太是我儿子的父母和legal guardian，我们authorize我太太的父母带我儿子从中国
来美国。这个我们刚刚做了，都是英文的。美国海关应该没有问题，就怕中国海关不认。
请问大家都是怎么样做的，过来人能不能share一下experience?谢谢。 |

father and mother's names. |

申请被拒了,原因有二.一是表格没填对,我忘记填treaty country or article了,真是
傻.二是没有提供相应的supporting material.
我仔细察看了W7的instruction,发现我的category, exception 2(b)要求提供W-8BEN表
.我去学校的human resource问了,说这个表只能由GLACIER产生.但是因为我没有SSN或
ITIN,这个表就不会产生.这样太tricky了.我怎么可能提供这个表呢?
所以想请问申请过ITIN的版友到底需不需要提供这个W-8BEN表.
另外,除W7以外,我还会提供notorized passport, visa; 学校的supporting letter(证
明我是fellowship);offer letter复印件;I20复印件.大家帮忙看看材料是不是全了?还
差哪些? 希望这次不会再出错了.

copies,不管是certified或者notorized，除非你是超级幸运，正常情况下IRS不接受！
！！！
你为父母申报税号的时候，父母还在美国，你可以带着他们去local IRS的办公室，带
上你报税需要有的所有材料，local office可以帮你办理。这是一个唯一的可以不需要
寄原件护照的情况。 注意，这是一个唯一的情况。其他任何的状况IRS现在都不接受护
照和visa的copies。 |
