发帖数: 2719 | 3 don't be intimidated by the asking price. recently i found that a lot of houses in great neck priced between high $900s to $1m are being sold in the $800s. The prices has been going up a bit since last Novemeber though.
I am closing on a house in great neck north in 2 weeks.. The final price is
about 12% lower than the asking. I had no buyer agents and negociated directly
with the seller's agent for further saving. |

my card as well.
From the day you receive your very first approval notice, you will receive a
serials of other similar notice, but in fine words, you will see it goes
from card production, order card, mail your card, USPS pick up, to
eventually USPS delivery. Luckily it overall take about a week or so. So you
shall receive it even within Novemeber.
No you can't use approval notice in the place of AP. While they tells the

syllabus anyway, why don't you keep doing it for a while until ohio star ball.
it's not like you're not improving your dancing by staying in syllabus a bit
longer. what's the highest syllabus competition in ohio star ball; pro-am has
sooooooo many different levels, i can't keep track of it, but go do that in
