前的paperwork时间很久,特别是Step 3: The DOL Prevailing Wage Determination，

学校的负责人又问过她的director了，回答还是不行，还是说PWD办不了。我组里的同
事转H1B成功的时候，H1B申请是学校的另外一个部门负责，那时是很顺利的。最近刚刚
转到这个部门负责，就被我赶上了，真是运气不好。
我想问一下，有没有可能自己去填申请表，要到PWD的信息呢？但是看National
Prevailing Wage Center (NPWC)的网站，如果是e-file，好像只能是Employers或者是
“Attorneys or Agents”可以创建账户。这是不是说除非学校可以给我学校的账户信
息，否则我就只能去找律师了？

atlanta一个中心，trackitt上11月中旬的都批了，你的要不就是re-submit, 要不就是
公司卡着你，向律师要number查啊 |

发帖数: 160 | 15 公司给我办PERM，正处在prevailing wage阶段。我被这个时间搞迷糊了：我到底啥时
候开始的申请啊，什么时候能处理完这一步呢？请大家帮忙看看。多谢（尤其是站友
zhoupu2008）！
1. 我的PERM A* number是A-143xx-xxxxx，这表明我的PERM在ICERT上注册时间是14年
底（站友zhoupu2008说的）。
2. 可我这儿有一个DOL收据，日期是15年2月，说：“This is a confirmation email
that the U.S. Department of Labor has received your response to the
questionnaire regarding sponsorship of xxx for the full time position of xxx
. Your case will now continue to be processed.”
3. 到icert.doleta.gov网站上查A* number，没查着。（这是怎么回事儿呢？）
4. 但在ICERT哪儿看到如下几个时间。
