[摘要]目的：观察刺络放血配合艾灸治疗盆腔瘀血综合征腰腹痛的临床效果。方法：对
30例盆腔瘀血综合征出现腹腰痛症状的患者，选择委中、足三里、阴陵泉、阳陵泉等膝
关节周围的穴位附近瘀络进行刺络放血，然后在关元、中极、归来、膀胱俞、八髎进行
艾条灸治疗。结果：分别于治疗前和治疗1周及2周应用VRS(疼痛程度的口述分级法)及
NRS(疼痛程度数字分级法)进行疼痛程度评分，通过观察疗效，治疗后与治疗前比较有
显著差异(P<0.05)。结论：刺络放血配合艾灸对减轻盆腔瘀血综合征腹腰痛有较好的疗

As far as I know, NRs are not elegible for education credits. So, no form
8863. Maybe you can claim it as job related expense and deduct it. But I am
not sure if that's feasible. Sadly though, I have almost the same situation
as you. I paid $4000 for my tuition. |

只打去年底开始迷上钓鱼以来，陆续买了JON BOAT和KAYAK。（当时直接的动因其实是
为了儿子，不想让他整体呆家里打游戏，打猎又危险了一点，还是钓鱼相对安全很多。
结果儿子依然没有啥兴趣，我倒是迷上了小船和钓鱼。）
这半年多的试验，我对传统的单体船是深恶痛绝。要速度的话船体就要窄，然后横向的
稳定性就一塌糊涂。对于钓鱼的船而言，平台的安定性是非常重要的。
休斯顿附近的海湾的面积极大，水极浅。想找一条适合这种情况的小船好像没有现成的。

刚拿到 Mountain Hardwear Lamina 20 sleeping bag(polyester), NRS Dri-Stow Dry Bag。觉得那个睡袋有股味道，如果 REI Subkio 15 sleeping bag(down)可以的话，就带REI；如果down sleeping bag 不建议带的话，就只好用那个有味的囖。。。

NRS Dri-Stow Dry Bag放在cockpit里也没进水，虽然cockpit里进水。睡袋装进 hefty
trash bag里再放到船头/船尾的防水箱里，也没进水。其他人直接放进防水箱里也没事

很管用。返程碰到 current(又说可能是 tide)，我有点慌张老是被冲向左边。幸好领
队用绳子拉我，帮我拨正方向，得以平安渡过，还能再次很悠闲的看到海豚：-） |

其变种「WORM_NEROMA.Ｂ」尼罗马病毒，都是利用911相关话
题，并透过Microsoft Outlook大量散发电子信件。电脑使用者最好
尽快更新病毒码。
「WORM_NEROMA.A」和「-WORM_NEROMA.B」这两支尼罗马
病毒假借911事件的伪装下，并分别以「It`sNear 911!」及「Time
to911!」的特定主旨大量散发信件，藉以降低收信人的戒心开启信
