、认知障碍、高血压、胃溃疡、鼻炎和哮喘等各类疾病具有良好的治疗作用。目前临床上
使用的约500种药物中，有30％以上以调节G蛋白偶联受体功能为靶标。
长期以来，人们一直认为β抑制因子仅仅是一个调节受体信号的细胞浆蛋白质，它的作用
是抑制受体。复旦大学马兰教授领衔的课题组与中科院上海生命科学研究院裴钢院士领衔
的课题组，经过长达4年的联合研究，最终发现β抑制因子能够直接进入细胞核，引起染
色质重构并诱导药物靶基因的激活，从而对细胞功能产生长期的调节作用。
然而并不知道β-arrestin 1进入核以后如何发挥作用。此次研究发现，β-arrestin 1进
入细胞核后，有选择性富集于一些具有特殊启动子的基因前，如P27, C-fos，从而增强组
蛋白乙酰化转移酶P300，最终促进这些基因的转录。这一研究首次证明了，β-arrestin
1扮演了GPCR信号从胞浆到细胞核的浆-核信使（cytoplasm-nucleus messenger ），同时
阐明了GPCR信号从胞膜--胞浆--胞核的信号传递的机制。

for the quark gluon plasma, you can go to CERN webpage for more
infomation. Just look for experiment NA45, NA49, NA50. or go to RHIC
homepage (a experiment in Brookhaven National Lab).
in simple word, quark matter is just to deconfine the quarks from
hadron volume to the extended volume of the entire atomic nucleus.
Now there are some stong hint that quark gluon plasma exists at
high energy density(T>>T_sun).

amygdala or hypothalamus. Since circadian cycle is controlled by the
hypothalamus("suprachiasmatic nucleus", according to wiki), it is likely
that the pt. is suffering from hypothalamus dysfunction due to the brain
mass. It could also compress the internal capsule or along the pathway,
causing the left side weakness.

稍微详细点儿的，比如 xxx positive neuron是在什么什么地方，这类的，而不是大的结构。
具体问题是我想看看hypothalamus的在哪里的什么neurons是干嘛的，查文献查烦了。

练abs的法宝。忍不住出来说一下，Sit ups， Crunches缺点大于优点，他们很可能对
你造成伤害。如果可能，用其他方法代替， 最起码不要做高组数的Crunches。当然有
人会说，我做了10几年都没事；well,你没事不代表其他人会没事，也不代表就是对的。

Nucleus Tour spacecraft Thursday prompted officials to halt preparations for
the planned July 1 launch of the comet-bound NASA vehicle.

Contour comet probe launched from Cape Canaveral, Florida, aboard a Delta 7425
