不过我的直觉是这个decay rate不是那么好算的（我没考虑过这个问题）
假设系统从ground state经过frank condon transition被激发到excited state
然后途径conical intersection(CI)回到ground state
那么你不能只算CI这一个nulcear configuration
而要考虑从ground state minimal energy configuration到CI之间的path
如果这个path是barrierless那么可能比较好说
另外landau zener formula是需要速度的
这个速度从哪儿来呢，恐怕得考虑我前面说的path才能算出来
而不是做一个single point calculation而已 |

rotation有ped的elective rotation,那家医院也是有residence program的。还没有想

atomic bomb is for weapon, nuclear energy should be more
proper here.
In my resume applying for graduate school, I compared
nuclear energy with the fire. Our ancestor would take fire
as dangerous for they can not control it. Even today, it
still would be dangerous to our life once we lost the
