Ice-in-a-bag is an ice pack.
How to make an ice-pack?
Expensive way: there are cold packs for sale in CVS or Walgreen or any other
pharmacies.
They are made of some gel sealed in thick plastics and with nice wraps. It's
probably better to store it in the freezer in your refrigerator to make it
sufficiently cold.
Cheap way: put some ice in a Zip-Lock bag, or any food-storage plastic bags.

继续说。我一边在医生那里等numbing cream生效，一边用ipad查相关资料，去之前只
说要问问juvederm，没听说过radiesse，临时抱佛脚。网上很多医生的意见是如果要丰
cheek，radiesse不论性价比和效果都是最好的filler choice，所以也就安心的接受了
。很多reviewer提到打完以后要mold，radiesse只有注射完那会可以mold，所以我特别
提醒了医生。等冰敷了半个小时止血（其实没什么血，以防万一）他用手指从口内和口
外一起给我夹了几下，可能因为本来形状就挺好了，没怎么mold，所以医生的经验还是
最关键。
下午4点左右做好的手术，现在7点，脸上没有任何异常。注射的针眼很小很小，就和一
个鼻子上的毛孔那么大吧，有点发红，不过我拍照可能看不出来，因为太小了。据说2
，3天左右会消肿，其实我多么希望一直不要消肿，呵呵。脸上皮肤有点发红，好像晒
伤的感觉，不过这是因为numbing cream的关系，医生事先就跟我说了，没有任何意外。 |

Match的结果终于尘埃落定，周1等电邮的时候非常紧张，因为成败就在此了，虽然一直
告诉自己，今年只是热热身，成败都可以接受，但到真的揭晓的时候，还是很紧张，毕
竟一旦卷入其中就身不由己，何况自己也还是有所付出。到周4等match program的时候
虽然也有点紧张，但程度已经大大减少，1个原因是毕竟match上才是头等大事，去哪里
尚在其次，还有1个原因是心理还是有所准备了，虽然希望留在home school，但直觉告
诉我恐怕是非常困难了，在我rank list上第二位的program应该就是我要去的地方，果
不其然。经过几天的等待，发现果然是要搬家了。

，颈椎的MRI，刚拿到报告，医生说没有大的问题，需要进一步去看神经外科，但是我

视野好。二是觉得家里也需要一辆大点的车（自己开一辆小破accord），平时搬点东西
也方便。于是乎，我们开始了无比纠结的选车过程。我们的预算是3W~4W，比较看重的
是：1，安全，毕竟是给LD开，安全性很重要；2，安静，受够了accord恐怖的路噪，风
噪，希望买个开起来安静点的；3，reliability好点的，知道新车不太可能常坏，但是
还是不希望老跑 dealer；4，自己的一点小奢望，希望开起来可以爽点。对于卖得最火
的RAV4和CRV，我和LD都不喜欢，直接pass了。自己开过同事的RAV4，路噪大，方向盘
轻，内饰cheap，不喜欢。CRV呢，个人实在无法接受它的外形，和2007款几乎一样，而
且大改款2012就出了，不愿意买。找了两个周末去试驾了几款大家评价不错的compact
SUV和midsize SUV。都是2011款的， 按试驾的顺序排列。汇报一下试驾感受，希望能

发帖数: 17565 | 20 最新一期car and driver对比了HPS和EPS，包括主观和仪器测试，结果很有意思。用的
是528和535，前者EPS，后者据说因为引擎太大所以仍采用HPS。采用单盲实验的方法，
编辑的主观评分里EPS基本上全面高于HPS（第一排）。
后两者是仪器测试的定量试验。第二排结果的亮点在于左图绿线条的形状。EPS黄线条
表明当侧向G力增大时，方向盘扭矩基本是线性增大的，但HPS则不然，在前轮抓地接近
极限时，方向盘扭矩会明显减小。我在很多车评里读到过这个说法，说EPS比较numb，
感觉不到前轮极限，应该就是这个意思。这应该是EPS对HPS的主要缺点。
第三排能够看出on-center时HPS比EPS更精准，因为HPS扭矩对侧向G的曲线比EPS扩散要
小。
我觉得这个测试很有意思。这种比较有技术含量的内容也是我一直很喜欢CD的原因。随
着时间发展，eps应该是能达到hps的精度，但是hps在前轮接近极限时的反馈（回中力
变小），估计eps从原理上就不可能做到，具体不明白。难怪911，boxster和s2000的
