Tysons Corner最好，而且最好能有公共交通（最近车坏了，恐怕去的时候还修不好）
。对NVA实在是
不熟悉。找好了房子就搬走，可能一两个星期最多1个月，可以按每周付租金。请有可

I am the second owner, bought from original owner in Sept. 2005 with 60K
miles on it. I only used the car over the weekends in the past three years
since I have been traveling out of town for work every week - hence the low

2，HERNDON有一小部分划在LANGLEY HIGH，是NVA最好的HS。当然，Thomas Jefferson
HIGH 还是NO.1. 具体请参考我的BLOG。
3，这要看区和房子的新旧。250K-600K之间都有。
4，多。喜欢。
5，真正DC METRO的华人聚居区在DC DOWNTOWN的CHINA TOWN。VA和MD两边国人数量相当。
6，BURKE不清楚。
7，VA和MD都不提供免费医疗给持绿卡的老人。在这方面，好象只有CA和MA比较宽松一

发帖数: 8950 | 18 其实，拿MCLEAN和POTOMAC比并不是很合适。POTOMAC应该和GOERGETOWN PIKE那一块比
较相近。而MCLEAN应该和ROCKVILLE/BETHESDA相互比较。
MCLEAN的房价高，我的感觉有以下几个原因。
1，NVA沿267往上，HIGH SALARY的工作比较多，如IT，还有几个大公司的总部。
2，MCLEAN的房子新，所以给人的感觉更有朝气。
3，MCLEAN进DC，走66或GOERGETOWN PIKE，感觉更方便。
4，MCLEAN更靠近AMERICAN LEGION MEMORIAL BRIDGE，去MD也方便。
5，MCLEAN HS 不错，而且离THOMAS JEFFERSON HS也不远。 |

施齐全。我一直跟客人讲，买自住房以追求生活质量为第一。MCLEAN的老房子比较多，
很多人不喜欢。新房子很贵。虽然MCLEAN有很多优点，但如果不喜欢老房子，又买不起
新的，可以买远一些的房子。
如果是单身，或夫妇两人而且短期内不准备要小孩，如果TH或SF买不起，可以考虑
MCLEAN的CONDO。 |

alexandria,VA)。小区环境很好，房间是apartment，3楼有电梯。小区有门禁系统，非
常安全。早晚有班车来往于小区和Pentagon City地铁站（蓝线）。有独立的卫生间。
小区门口有Giant，Starbucks，McDonald，CVS和Suntrust等，生活十分便利。小区门
口有多趟公交车经过，每天也有很多校车（具体哪些学校在这里接人就不是很清楚了）
。你的室友是一个中国女孩，家里养有一只狗一只猫，都是友好安静的小动物，而且我
室友会照顾，不会麻烦到你。狗平时会在笼子里或者室友房间，猫会在阳台。
