1) do you really want to go back to China?
2) your personal background, such as working experiences, publication
records, funded projects, supervising students, etc.if you are fresh PhD or
with 2-3 year PostDoc experience, I think Associate Professor is a good
offer, haha.
3) other conditions, such as house, initial funds, etc.
4) last but not least, your personal feeling. Different persons might have
different choices.
anyhow, we wish nwu is better and bet |
