【本报记者崔国萁纽约图文报道】西裔嫌犯卡米索（Jason Commisso）不久前在曼
哈顿东哈林区犯下8起殴打、抢劫华裔的案件，令人震惊不已。这名心狠手辣的歹徒，
犯案手法均是尾随受害者至公寓电梯内，再对他们下毒手，许多受害人脸部被打成重伤
，比如鼻梁断裂，更有两名受害者被殴至失忆。从警方公布的案情上看，卡米索具有两
个作案特征：一是专拣华人下手；二是选择安全系统较弱、未装监视摄像头的政府楼行
凶。令人庆幸的是，这名犯下系列抢案的冷血匪徒很快落网，目前正被收押候审。
但案件发生后，留在电梯内的殷红鲜血，以及华裔受害者所遭受的伤痛，恐怕将成
为受害者本人及其家人终生难忘的痛楚。而随著本案的告破，政府楼的安全问题也再次
成为华人关注的焦点与话题。
一、低收入家庭“居者有其屋”

，穿戴着涵盖有1980年代到2000年代各个时期鲜明特色的服饰，从附近的大楼里源源不
断地涌出，大声嚷嚷着令老刘兴奋，让我瞠目的福建话，配合着曼哈顿冬日陈旧的建筑
，让人觉得好像回到了国内南方的某个县城，而人潮最多的孔子大厦，俨然就像是长乐
县，福清县政府办公大楼。
这些老中当中的大多数，从福建各地出发，历经各种磨难抵达墨西哥，在越境美国的时
候被捕，被关押在德州，加州的移民监狱里，等待纽约的亲友营救，接着又来到纽约，
在唐人街的职业介绍所里找到在美东各地的餐馆工作，然后搭乘在布鲁克林大桥下的华
人巴士，到达自己的目的地打工。年纪大了之后，他们又回到纽约的唐人街，申请住在
低收入家庭的NYCHA政府楼，平日在痰迹斑斑充满尿味的哥伦步公园玩牌骂人打发时光
。
我请老刘他们在绿杨村大搓了一顿，还记得饭店里面灯光昏暗，墙上贴的是上海滩30年
代的美女招贴画，想必真人此刻已经化为白骨。我点的狮子头，菜肉馄饨等江南菜味道
似乎比较地道，让老刘他们交口称赞了一番。
