Our CMG facebook group has grown larger and safer. With implementation of
stricter rule of inclusion, all new members are now required to submit a
brief introduction about himself or herself. As you may know, we have a

床的机会，更重要的是提供一个给近水楼台先得月的机会，表现好，PD一句话，就留下
了。甚至面试的时候你可以跟chair直接说你希望下一年回临床，需要他的支持。不过
要一年的commitment。个人觉得这个适合有很好的research底子，但是整体package相
对较差，担心拿不到很多面试，match没把握的xdjm。 |

每次两人为期四周，时间大约在九月份开始。

感谢大家对Mock interview的兴趣和耐心等待。最近两周有很多始料未及的变故，现在
跟大家一五一十的汇报一下，也请大家心中有数。
这次Mock Interview最早是在咱们7月31号的住院医申请研讨会时定下的。在过去的两
年当中，我自己也帮助过很多兄弟姐妹的申请，自己深知申请策略、面试准备的重要性
。面试的过程除了向program推销自己，实际上也是一个自我总结的过程。以前的时候
我们有十几个面试，很多人往往是在几个面试之后慢慢找到感觉，最终入门。但是现在
竞争越来越激烈，很多人本来拿到的面试就不多，不可能拿前几个练手，所以在面试前
做好准备至关重要，这也是Mock
Interview的初衷。Mock Interview最难的不是钱，而是面试场地和有面试经验的面试
官。我们原先不准备组织大规模的Mock Interview就是因为这两点很难做到。7月31号
