政府资金,所以他们很欢迎你去。
然后更新Linkedin的资料。面试前在上面connect明天要面试你的人.Inmail是很好的工
具,我随便发给Con Ed的HR Manager,他不但回我,而且帮我把简历发给负责的同事,
让我2天就有了考试机会。
不要想着去小的私人公司日子好过。我面试几家,工资4万上下,老板一开口就是你的
工作不难,你应该做的好。而且没有成长空间。还有一家一告诉我录用,就让我在家写

inspector said it's settlement cracks. One of the crack start from the
corner of basement window corner, it's width is about 1-2mm. The other crack
is thinner but longer. There is another hairline crack in the basement slab
, I have no worry about that. Most probably the cracks in the slab are
because the settlement. The house is 12-yr old.
No water leakage signs were found around the crack. Is that usual to see

sell as is if no structure issue found during the inspection.
The inspection was okay, but the swimming pool and sprinkler cannot be
inspected due to the season. The owner said they will supply the receipt of
winterized service.
Is it necessary to have escrow account, in case problems found in the next
summer. How much amount should be in the account?

realestate cases in NYS. But here is the disclosure, he's also my cousin. So
take what I said with a grain of salt and see for yourself. I have
personally used him twice for buying before (I paid his regular rate, no
relative discount) and was very happy.

给lender的,好处是你下个月初不用还贷; 因为有escrow托管账户,预付的county

A lease is a contract between a landlord and a tenant which contains the
terms and conditions of the rental. It cannot be changed while it is in
effect unless both parties agree.
唯一的不被告&不用pay 所有3个月的房租的办法是:找到potential new tenants, and
send his/her information to your 管理办公室 by certified mail.如果他们
refuse with no reasons OR no written consent in 10 days. 那你will only need
to pay 1 more month rent and you will be released from the lease.

close前保持房子,nuyer有权final walk though检查。还有一个是loss of use,就是
说close前如果有damage/casualty,seller承担责任,buyer可以选择cancel。问题是
我们觉得 contract说的清清楚楚,但律师说nys规定必须给Seller一个cure的机会。我
们已经给过一次机会了,他们说弄好了,结果我们发现房子发霉了。 我们不能无限制
给时间让他们cure吧? |

政府网站上也没有额外要求,所以打印了表格,带上娃的出生证,就奔NYS Department
of State, Certification Unit (123 Williams Street,New York, NY 10038)去了
。结果被告知要Long Form birth certificate with a letter of exemplification.
可怜我带去的两张birth certificate (一长一短)合着都没用呢。马上冒雨奔赴
Department of Health (125 Worth St. NY 10013), 重新order了一份Long Form
birth certificate with a letter of exemplification. 要2-3周才能收到。早知道
这样就不在网上order那份半叶纸的birth certificate了。拿到这份certificate,还
