有的人整体看起来很胖，有的人整体看起来不胖，但是肚子很大。
前者叫peripheral obesity，后者叫central obesity。
抛开审美方面的问题，那种肚子大大的，是对身体不好的。而手胖脚胖四肢都胖的，倒
不是很容易得代
谢疾病。现在已经出现用waist/hip ratio来衡量一个人是不是容易得代谢疾病的标准

less fat but more severe insulin resistance.但是如果脂肪太多了，脂肪细胞就变
性了，而不好好response to insulin了。
不能一叶障目。

现在两个本来稍微领先的基本尘埃已定，剩下的就是OREX了。
OREX 的效果和副作用都处于ARNA 和 VVUS的中间。所以，还是有一定猜想空间的。
VVUS的CRL 对OREX有一定影响，如果是个dip，那是一个比较不错的进入时机。 |

争论源自前一阵第一夫人发起一个让美国孩子减肥的号召/运动。说是美国现在有超过
三分之一的孩子overweight/obese，第一夫人让学校多给孩子一些体育活动以及提供健
康食品，还有社会减少junk food对青少年的广告一系列措施。
反方的观点是这样的：
1. 号召青少年减肥是歧视肥胖儿童。
2. 肥胖对身体没有影响。
3. 增加体育活动和提供健康食品不能减肥。

's analysis in the briefing document is that there was no SS of astrocytomas
in male rats or female rats.
