牛赐教。
一般课本上的预测模型，比如一些机器学习的算法，都是row：observation，column：
features。然后每一列都是一个random variable。
但实际我遇到的问题是，又多了一个时间轴：上面的这个obs*feature的data只是固定
一个时间点的切面。需要解决的问题是怎么进行预测。
开始我特别迷茫，后来听人家说这叫做panel data，也就是item*feature*time。我似
乎听说过，在计量经济学的领域。不过计量经济学貌似都是一些线性模型。
我想知道，现在预测模型这么发达，比如LASSO，RT，GBM，SVM，NN，乃至于Deap
learning，有没有能够应用在这种Panel data上的？有没有什么文献可以参考？
实际的一些经验：
- 很显然，这种data 不是iid的。相邻时间的observation可能有关系，肯定需要利用
一下吧。有些问题的item之间也有联系，这种联系也可能要利用一下。

It is true the at proc sql is for amateur. Proc sql will take forever to
merge two dataset with 10M obs each. Without good technical skills, I doubt
your other skills for problem solving. It is a big difference for you to
solve a problem in 1 hr or 1 day using different SAS programing.
I used to be amazed by one of the senior director in my old company when he
showed me his SAS codes, it was by miles more efficient than mine. |

关于这个做了一下simulation可以求出theta1,theta2,lambda的 mean
我用 [30,40]做了一下大概是 0.21,0.34 和0.44。由于simulate时候我用了离散的近
似，加起来不一定是1 |

to get culture) and uses fingers to do 宫颈检查(内检). However, some OBs do
both from 36 weeks through birth. You need to check with your OB.
You can say No if you don't want 宫颈检查(内检). I don't think it's
necessary. But for Group B strep test, I guess you had better do it. (even
if you can always say No to your doctor as long as you are responsible for
everything later.) |

数之不尽，我想和我有差不多经历的人都会有同感，家人的压力，周围同事朋友的议论
，再加上学业带来的无穷的压力，老公和我都快给压垮了，要不是因为学生保险not
cover infertility，看要花很多钱，我早就去专科医生那儿了。
最近一年我们都不愿意再测尿，因为次次是negative, 觉得不想再受打击，可是因为我
这两天右侧小腹有些不适，尤其是小便的时候，有点牵扯得疼，老公就决定先测测看，
测之前老公还说做好没怀上的准备，不要太失望，结果居然是的，我和老公愣了有半天
没缓过来，我是不敢相信，今天见了校医确诊后才相信自己是怀上了。老公的反应就更
FUNNY了，虚脱，好像喝醉酒一样，晕晕的。
然后我们总结了一下可能成功的原因，首先是STRESS AND PRESSURE， 我觉得这最难对
付，可是又是最关键的，老公比我先毕业，可能他的压力减小了？有可能我最近要毕业
，压力有所转移，不是以前那样OBSES |

On the other hand, let's say average risk of a 20-year-old is 0.1%. A 20-year-old woman found her risk is 0.2%. Although 0.2% is very low, but it's higher than the average, therefore she is worse than normal and should be checked. |

今天是我的生日，也是大姨妈推迟来的第7天。早上自己在家里做了preganancy test，
用的是在WALMART买的一个 generic brand. test 结果是negative, 我心里那是百感交
集啊～有点小小失落，又有些庆幸。一方面觉得自己年龄到了，CAREER也处于比较稳定
的阶段，应该要孩子了。另一方面又怕失去现有的自由，有些畏惧为人母所要担当的责
任，害怕有了孩子后就正式进入黄脸婆阶段。。。
心里百味聚集地思想斗争了半天，决定在去看看test stick。突然发现，刚才的TEST
结果不是negative, 是invalid!! 原来我的test方法不对啊。
然后冲去dollar tree 买了些新的preganancy test.回来再测。。。这次。。。。
positive!!!
现在的心情真的很复杂。高兴，忐忑不安，小小失落。。。。
想起前两个星期还去做过山车，喝过酒，吃过寿司，更有些紧张。

here do encourage a repeat cesarean, some (might be very few) encourage
VBAC. Even if a patient can't find any OB supportive of VBAC around her
while her pregnancy stays normal, it doesn't mean that her will for a VBAC
is not supported from some other doctors.
We are not equally lucky to have the same quality doctors. |
