最近即将续保，买的是esurance，之前的保费是869，
下半年的车险反过来要收$922了。
我还特意去DMV付了7元查了dviving record，没有不良记录啊

看比赛和参加活动的人.夏天还好,冬天外面大雪封路的,我早上5,6点就要起来,冒着零
下十几度的气温去赶公车,错过了,就要自己走到学校去,一般要走1个小时才能到,到了
打工的地方,为了服装,只能穿白衬衫在雪地里招待来参加活动的人,然后自己控制自己
的生活费用,规定自己每两个星期买菜只能花20块钱,老外超市5块钱的烤鸡是我最常买
的,一般能吃2个星期,最穷的时候甚至想把吃剩下的鸡骨头拿来煲汤喝.头发也没钱去理

去重复前人的错误。有些东西就是只能自己learn，不能别人teach。
另外一个人到底怎样才能成功？我觉得不在于少走弯路，而在于有很强的motivation。
这要是他自己发自内心很想干的一件事，什么样的obstacle他都能想办法克服。如果少
了这种motivation,你给他把路指明了，甚至铺好了，他也只会干的平平庸庸，很难去

先了解他，如果是五年的博士，不成为朋友，基本上会很痛苦。暂时把这个项目/模块
，放一放，和他谈谈将来的职业规划啦，他对领域的认识，对知道的几个lab大牛都是
什么评价。不要认为这些和课题无关。在管理人的时候，everything和everything都有
关，这点只有在经历后才会慢慢明白。
如果你手下真的不缺人，赶紧把课题转给别人，他只会感激你。与此同时，问问他想干
什么，我不信他一点儿想法都没有。可能他的想法很不成熟，你既然是他的导师，如果
是你领域内的，你应该可以辅助他develop。通常这种结局都是双赢，学生很有可能会
帮你开一片新天地。关键是要让他知道，你care他的想法，care他的兴趣，care他能否

好的，我把我的解题过程也说一下。Leetcode原题就不用说了。
第一组：
第1轮：判断subtree。假设两棵树T1和T2，先用DFS在T1里找到和T2的root一样的结点
，然后从找到的结点开始和T2进行比较，我用了BFS，就是用queue，一边一个queue，
同时push/pop进行比较，如果碰到不一样的就return false。做完了想起来其实就是
Leetcode上的Same Tree，直接还用DFS递归比queue省事。
第2轮：找出maze中的path。开一个matrix标记maze的每一个点是否访问过，然后DFS搜
索，从起点开始，查找它的上下左右邻居，如果没有访问过也没有obstacle，就作为一
个选择进行下一步搜索，一直递归下去直到找到终点为止。
第3轮：设计题。

So the probability that the robot walks through position (x, y) is P(x, y)/T.
