作为新手第一次买房，碰到的问题不少，希望求得有经验的兄弟姐妹们相助。
我们这次对一个1987年的房子下offer，并签了合同。在第一次看房时，发现后院的空
调机子是1985年的，上面的网盖都完全生锈了，当时我要求seller换个新的，地毯不干
净等问题，就提出要seller给$2500credit,但我们的buyer agent很激动地说，这不可
能的，seller不同意，也不可能给你换的。由于找了三个月房，错过的价格更实惠的同
类房，所在小城15万以下的好房很难找了，我们就没坚持，也就没写进home
inspection offer里去，老公只要求seller买一年的空调维修保险，才135刀，洗地毯
等。
过了两天，buyer agent 发了份addendum purchase agreement #2 要我们签名，然后
发回给他。这份合同是说7月19号让我们closing 房子，7月25号seller搬走。我们当时
没发现什么问题就签了。后来几天我们总觉得不对劲，心想为什么closing房子后，

，发现是可能是视网膜肿瘤。昨天医院CT和MRI的结果出来，确诊是Trilateral
retinoblastoma。小孩的父母非常着急，希望能够保住小孩的眼睛。请大家给出宝贵意
见。
由于这里国内的专家比较多，也有很多已经成功的当上了美国的医生，因此到这里来希

以我们听着水花花声，还有所有浴帘拉起的状态，就以为都满了。我们还很奇怪，昨天
人并不是很多，以前几乎不用等shower的。而且旁边个华裔面孔的老太，第一次见，往
个大号的shower浴帘里头送沐浴露啥的，没留意。就听我家娃说冷，我只能安慰她们说
很快轮到她们洗澡了，耐心等待。
后来终于轮到一个小号的shower小姑娘出来了。我家娃赶紧进去，讲究洗洗吧。这时，
直接个四岁左右亚裔小男生，妈妈带着，一下子钻进我们隔壁的大shower了。我恍然大
悟，原来这老太一直霸占着空位等孙子啊。要是我早知道那里头没人，一定立马带着娃
进去洗了。

所以我下面的解释也稍微有点罗嗦：
首先，任何记忆都需要 repetition，也不能避免 repetition。而对于

但是另一方面，“日不落帝国型” 基本都是占了地不挪窝的，因此对 knowledge

，就跑到town 里去查 permit, 发现4个bath 算是有plumbing permit, OK. 然后就傻
乎乎地跑到 Assessor office, 问可不可以将 assessment data 改成4个bath, staff
说可以，但是要涨 value, 每个 bath 1.5-2 万，我想了想还是要改。后来被告知房子
明年会基本按照买价的 95% 算 assessment value, 那么 assessment value会从 51万
涨到65万左右。 我心里一惊，吓坏了，这哪了得。 算下来 12.77X 65 万 /1000 = $
8300/年， 比以前多了1800/年. 每个月多了 $150.
我就随便查了一下 Lexington的一个房子的税， 那个房子比这个小一半， assessment
57万，但是要交 15.2X57万/1000 = $8900 的税。而且这个房子是烧油的，冬天据说
是每个月600-800 的油取暖的费用。

sometimes they manage to occupy the court earlier so they are able to start
the game from 7pm.
The location is at WU Medical School Olin building(corner of Euclid and
Scott Avenue), it is an underground gym in that building, with basketball
and volleyball court mixed together. So if some other basketball lovers
occupy the court before 9pm, then they have to wait until their court
booking time which is 9pm.

f2读护士。结果那人下岗，回来再读博士。但是他是用h1b的，具体不知道怎么操作的
。结果他太太在附近一个城市，直接外f老外的医生，然后有天告诉他要离婚了。
我室友还想挽回的。结果人家电话直接说：我怀孕了，是老外的。
从此我室友每天都只睡4小时的找工作。半年后去了加州。临走的时候问我愿不愿意陪
他去brooklyn。
因为当时另一个hust理工的哥们，去读哥大的mfe。靠的是分居两地的老婆给付的学费
。当时我那个室友，就是想把他的手懂车开到nyc，送给那个hust理工的兄弟。
因为手动车进brooklin，还是非常挑战的。所以是两人记地图。那是一点都不能错的。
开错就完蛋了。
我清楚的记得那天晚上吃饭是我室友的交代：再忙一定要去看老婆。再难也要自己吃进。
这日子真他妈的操蛋，操蛋。
那天在9A靠近hoboken的地方，在等一个红灯。前面是新款的mercedes s600。我们是辆toyota tercel。

日举行「佔领全球」（Occupy the World）活动，香港多个团体亦响应参与「佔领中环
」，预计约有500人会在中环交易广场平台集会，反对金融霸权。
由全球网民串连发起的「佔领全球」今在世界多地同步举行，当中以欧美国家为主，亚
洲城市包括东京、台北和香港亦有民间团体响应。香港的「佔领中环」运动将于下午2
时举行。发起今次运动的网站15october.net表示，「我们会让政客和金融钜子知道，
应是我们——人——决定我们的未来。我们不是那些不代表我们的政客和银行家手中的
货物……现在是我们团结的时候，是他们聆听的时候」。
根据该网站，全球有868个城市参与，涵盖各大主要金融中心，包括纽约、伦敦、香港
，各地示威诉求有别，「欧猪国」之一爱尔兰的首都都柏林，会高举反对国际货币基金
组织干预的旗帜；菲律宾马尼拉则强调反贪污；台湾则不满薪金低、楼价高、物价高。

孩子，OCCUPY AND TAKE才是华人的前途，多生孩子少种树，教育就是扯淡，辛苦一辈
子，养个腾校的女儿去给白人生孩子，那真是白忙活。多生孩子，多利用公共资源，利
用关系帮助国内就业差的亲戚，朋友来美学习，生活，生孩子。毛的策略是对的，人多

highest level in three years last month, bolstered by steady job gains and
