是半个世纪前的语言而且错误不少，所以，重新翻译了一下，供大家研究。
其实，感到《波茨坦公告》写得很牛逼，估计是美国已经造好了原子弹，底气十足。
但相比之下，《开罗宣言》由于产生于1943年12月1日，相对比较笼统，遣辞也保守了
很多。
当然，至于日本的领土，国家，军队，产业等界定，有些说得蛮具体，可以搞一搞。

我最近在买房，本来应该12/31/2009 close，也就是后天. 可是今天我的 agentA(买
房和做新房的贷款都是这个人）告诉我我们的贷款出了问题。问题是我们现在的住房，
一个月之前刚刚以owner occupy做了refi。现住房的refi是 agentB做的。我用了两个
agent的原因是在于agentB先帮我refi现住房，但是在我买房找他做 preapproval时，
他回中国了.本来我们准备拿到钥匙，装修一下，搬了家再把我们现在住的房子油漆布
置好了再卖。
在我开始做新房的贷款时，agentA要求agentB以rental的名义做我现住房的refi，因为
最近Lender都要求只有一个房子能以owner occupy的名义作贷款，而新房的贷款比现房
多一倍。但是agentB坚持做owner occupy的refi，并告诉我是因为agentA没有经验。
agentB还说他的儿子刚刚有同样的经历，一点问题都没有。我相信agentB不会骗我，而
agentA又去换了一家Lender，据说没有这样的要求。

，一方先使用暴力，另一方在觉得自己受到imminent bodily threat的时候可以用
deadly force自卫。当然这是个悲剧，但是先动手的在悲剧中绝对是有不小责任的。
另外别以为扔个爆米花不算什么事情，search mcmissile virginia就知道有什么后果
了。
