2. 和美国一个公司签订了Independent Contractor合约，负责该公司品牌在中国地区

3.美国公司要求我购买Company Commercial General Liability Insurance，要求是

最简单一点，文中提到200均线，但却没有提到2008.9是
200均线Heading down的，现在是Heading up的，就这点
就是天壤之别，就像同一个指标RSI，在不同阶段意义是
完全不一样的。
有可能有人说我屁股决定脑袋,我今天只是把脚
放下去试一水,屁股还没坐下来,所以不存在这个问题.
但就像上个周五我跟Rim帮主说的,I don't see any
buying signal yet,今天试水是我看到Buying signal
了，不上有点可惜。
判断趋势有一点非常重要，就是要明确知道你自己想要
Trade的Time frame是什么，minute/hour/day/week/month/year?
对我来说，我做Swing,一般只Care下一个月会发生什么，
我的判断跟可乐MM差不多，下面一个月
大概就是在10000-10500之间震荡，当然操作上
纪律一定要遵守，假如9918跌破，毫不犹豫走人，

公司的offer，公司希望我9月1日就开始上班。我第一次申请cap-subject的H1B，
公司律师说2007年有一个什么memo，即使有cap，10月1日之前也能合法工作。
因为我现在的H1B 8月31日到期，律师递交了两份申请：
一份是H1B extension, 将我现在的H1B延长到9月30日；
一份是H1B transfer, 将我的H1B的sponsor转到新的公司，9月1日开始。
各位觉得靠谱吗？ USCIS批准的可能性大吗？

，只是需要我帮忙。我当然知道他们靠不住，好不容易自己写好六封推荐信发给律师，
让他们用自己的模版再copy paste推荐信，发现他连copy&paste都懒得干。 现在他还
没有加exhibit，说是初稿。他的意思是移民局的搭眼一看就得出结论了，你写的很长
，很可能也没什么用。 我回信跟他说我不想让我的case看着和别人的不一样，毕竟
case不强。

letter about all TSC applicants:
1. Write a letter to the USCIS Ombudsman.
