六四天安门事件27周年，台湾前总统马英九发表感言，表示如果中国当局能平反六四，
不但让世界耳目一新，也能展现身为大国应有的气度和自信。
马英九在脸书中表示，政府不当处理群众运动或滥权侵害人民权益，世界各国都有前例
，像是日本偷袭美国珍珠港、德国纳粹屠杀犹太人、韩国光州事件等，在这些国家引发
对特定种族或国家的仇恨情绪，多年后政府当局都认错道歉。
马英九说，坦然面对过去执政不当的国家也包括中华民国台湾，政府从1995年起开始平
反二二八事件和白色恐怖时期，对受难者和家属认错道歉、回复名誉、立法赔偿，经历
4位总统、3次政党轮替，政府的态度始终一贯；处理历史伤痛唯有就事论事、是非分明
、将心比心。
马英九重申，进一步缩短两岸人民距离最有效的方法就是倾听多元意见，善待异议人士
来建立共同的核心价值，不但可以提升领导人的高度，更能赢得两岸人民与国际社会的

家的穆斯林发放了绿卡。其中，该类型绿卡的发放在2013和2014年间急剧增加，2013年
共发放117,423人，2014年148,810人。也就是说，在这6个财政年度内，奥巴马政府平
均每年为138,669穆斯林移民发放了绿卡。这也意味
