cannot stop every bit of combustion gases from escaping past them into the
crankcase(oil pan) area, there needs to be some way to safely vent that
pressure, so that it wont build up and blow the seals out of the engine. The

However, since they've been tuned/programmed that way, feeding them
something other than higher octane fuels will lead to the computer dialing

定没问题。很多车都“建议”premium，反正往高里建议车厂不会有责任。lexus es350
就建议premium，明明就是个camry v6。。一直加regular也毫无问题。但有的车比如
s2000，加油盖后面明确写了premium gas only，加regular会亮灯的。brz/frs也要求
premium。

时不时看到有关octane rating的讨论。实际上现在87，89, 93标号的汽油能在民用市
场里出现，还是得利于二战时对技术的需求。
在1930年代的时候，汽车用的汽油的Octane rating一般只有40，那时候飞机用的航空
发动机用的汽油（那时候只有活塞式发动机，不像现在的喷气发动机用的是航空煤油）
，Octane也才有70多80那样子。按照当时的技术，标号越高的汽油要从更加纯的原油那
里提取。
那时候的战斗机在作战的时候，对发动机的功率需求很高。遇到敌人的时候有两个选择
：要么是打成一片，要不就是一个字——逃。打的话，那个年代还很少有机载雷达，也
没有导弹之类，所以双方开打便是近身格斗。你动力跟不上，身手就不敏捷，几下子就
被人家打下来了。逃的话，这是个拼速度的游戏，发动机推重比（功率/重量）越好就
越占便宜。

話, 那你最好用91. 否則車會有積炭和爆震(knock)的情況, 這可以是永久情damage.
87octane, 跟91octane 都是指不同的octane含量. octane 的化學結構比較穩定, 燃點
較高, 可以承受高溫高壓. 所以高壓縮比的引擎通常都要91 octane, 否則氣油會因為
高溫而提早自燃, 這就是knock 的情況. |

，先是换了4个Michelin的轮胎，应该是225/65R-16, discounttire当时没有适合的轮
胎，非建议我用235-60R-16，用instant $70 收买了我，从那时起就感觉声音比以前大
，找老刘（刘国良，Houston）试车，说轮胎
不合适，接地面是平的不是鼓的。开了3000迈，还是去discounttire换了Yo牌的合尺寸
的。原以为新轮胎声音就响，开开就会好。最近声音越来越响，和开拖拉机一样。
update:
1.刚刚加了93号(costco)，和costco买的清理油嘴的添加剂,因为油箱还剩1/4，不指望
有明显改善，实际上也没有改善

拿收据去投诉，他只是打工的。 后来好几次去新泽西加油都是加到85块都加不满。我

首先，感觉你们包括破熊都太迟钝了，中国制造的商品在美国商场里下降的趋势2013年
就出现了，你们现在才讨论，估计你们很少去买东西。除了在米国观察，我每年都到中
国去出差，实地走访。08年以前国内人都觉得不错，2008到2012年国内人说上班压力越

哪里有instruction 可以follow？
另外我前面加了Prestone Fuel Injector Cleaner ，才加了，一箱油才少了一半。发
现没起作用，如前面所说，昨天回来一直低速震。
刚才搜了以下，好像Lucas Oil Products Octane Booster （Lucas Octane Booster
helps eliminate spark knocks, pinging, dieseling and is a genuine

标号向上兼容，加高了没必要, 加低了可能会引起Engine损伤
不过现在大部分的车都能检测engine knocking
然后根据需要自动调节timing或者boost pressure
标号只跟octane有关，还有不同牌子的汽油里面的添加剂不一样
你manual上要是写的87， 你可以随便混加 |

几个月前引起讨论的故事是这样的：星期天赶几十英里高速回家，车里带着老婆和两个
孩子，最小的孩子在carseat里睡着了。为了尽量减少不必要的加速减速，选择最左边
的HOV，我当时车速大约略低于限速+10%，至少不比右手passing lane上低。有一辆
sedan以很快的速度从远方开过来后在我后面大约一个车身距离tailgating，我轻点刹
车提醒他保持距离，然后几乎引起了一场road rage。

同意这个说法。我个人不是自恨，在职场和立场上都无脑挺老中。但是，话说得难听一
点，很多老中开车真的欠收拾，这些老中自以为开得很稳当安全，其实是在做死，把马
路当作自家后花园，想怎么开就怎么开，还不是开得快的那种。有一次跟人卡铺，那个
老中在开55迈的山道上保持开25迈。很多老中开得慢又不守规矩，最容易被条子盯上。 |
