of the Fermilab-built inner triplet failed dramatically in the LHC tunnel
with a loud "bang" and a cloud of dust. It was the first time that the three
magnets together with the associated interface box (DFBX) that supplies
them with the cryogenic and electrical connections had been tested as an

中新网10月27日电 据南美侨报网报道，当地时间10月27日，巴西国家石油、天然
气及燃料局(ANP)主管德希奥·奥多内(Décio Oddone)表示，2027年巴西或成为石油输
出国组织(OPEC)外全球最大的石油生产国。
据报道，ANP预计，2027年巴西的石油生产量将超过500万桶/天。
奥多内表示，目前巴西已经着手开始进行盐下石油领域的开采和生产，总投资将会
超过8500亿雷亚尔(约合1.7万亿元人民币)，其中在巴西领土内的盐下石油投资约为
3500亿雷亚尔。预计到2027年巴西可以增加30多个新的石油开采平台。
本周，巴西政府就会对盐下石油开采权进行招标，预计多个全球大型石油企业将参
加竞标。
据悉，巴西深水盐下具有优越的油气贮藏条件，储量十分丰富。自2006年第一次勘
探发现后，众多油气资源陆续被发现，构成了长800公里、宽200公里的盐下油气资源带
。2009年之前，巴西还是一个石油进口国，此后它一跃成为石油净出口国。
