1 - 这个价格如果换盘+片，含材料，前后都换，是非常便宜的。
2 - 如果只换前后片，不换盘，盘做resurface,基本合理，不算特别便宜。
3 - 换刹车还是找mechanic,自己换不是不可以，但其实调整还是很费时的。特别是那
个bush的压力，不是很容易挤进去的，搞不好就会搞坏。
4 - 并不是ceremic就好，metallic就不好。还是看片的质量。Ceremic比较比较细，
Dust不容易聚集在wheel上，所以使用外观比较好，另外噪音系数相对较低。但使用寿
命不长。Metallic则特性相反。但由于目前市场的产品质量参差不齐，普通人很难鉴别
真正的产品质量。我是搞这个专业的，很多时候都不能凭感觉分辨，你就不用费心了。
买个OES（Dealer原厂原包，绝不是一般dealer推荐）的片，或者买个比较好的品牌
pads(Wagner Thermo Quite还好）。盘基本国产的盘就都不错了。看包装基本就看个八
九不离十。 |

The past decade inflation rate is close to 3%, but from 2008~2010 it's low
due to weak economy. This year the inflation is high due to multiple OEs and
higher labor cost in China.
The past tuition increasing rate is between 7%~8% per year, but recent years
it's skyrocket high due to deep budget cut.

lot lot lot of hands they may want to see at least another street with you.

要1650mg tea extract 含不多于0.5μg的铅，茶叶铅含量不能高于0.25ppm. 因为 ICP
-OES铅的检测下限是 0.34 ppm，所以不能保证1650mg tea extract 含不多于0.5μg的
铅。
先姑且不说这个公式是怎么推出来的，
人原材料铅含量太低检查不出来，产品（1650mg tea extract）里的0.5μg铅也检测不
出来么？

community. (they live about a block from chen huang miao - sorry my pingyin
sucks lol)

上有一个小条子，上面写着：今日小炒，酱爆鸡丁。
余则成揉了揉眼睛，心想自己一定是饿昏头了。在一睁眼，眼前却真的出现了一盘热气
