pronouncing a pure "o" (like a Mandarin "o" but not an
English "ou"), and at the same time setting your tongue
and teeth to try to pronounce a long "ee".

传统新闻史认为，旧制度时期的法国新闻业处于严格的书报审查制度之下，因此在1789
年革命前没有发起过对旧制度的攻击。然而，新研究表明，1775年，法国大众新闻业曾
经在政治上突然变得激进化。这一现象与一批涌入新闻业的受挫剧作家有关，更与当时
新君即位、莫普改革失败和高等法院被恢复等政治事件密切相关。但是，激进的新闻业
不久便遭到官方镇压，重新被纳入王权书报审查制度控制之下。到了1779年，一切归于
沉寂。然而，这次昙花一现的新闻自由还是对岌岌可危的旧制度造成了沉重打击。

在本周六的海外中国教育基金会20周年庆典并慈善拍卖活动上，著名华人音乐家郎郎以
及著名华人篮球明星巴特尔分别通过视频送上祝辞。另外，郎郎还捐出本人签名的CD/
DVD，以及四张他本月30号在卡内基音乐厅举行的音乐会门票参加拍卖。门票得主将有
机会在音乐会结束后的小型招特会上跟郎郎见面。

已通过其它途径解决, 不需要你帮我做什么了, 但我原为此定的餐位仍有效. 虽然是公
款吃喝, 可我穷惯了, 觉得浪费掉有点可惜 , (我本人一年下来难得有几次这种档次的
大Party, 不知费城版上的ID们是否都夜夜笙歌), 故在此征一名能吃会喝且喜欢交际的
志愿者, 男女均可.
这是我公司的Holiday Party, 因圣诞节期间的恶劣天气及许多同事外出vacation而推
迟至一月份. 这个Party会有四百多人参加, 开几十大桌. 由于Crowne Plaza Hotel 只
有这么大的场地, 公司里有一半多人没有占到席位. 我本人不会喝酒, 不会讲英语, 不
会交际, 不会跳舞, 但我把参加 Holiday Party当作学习西方文化礼仪的小窗口, 当作
充分美帝资源的途径, 不知你是否认同.

花了不少心思。别以为请客容易，稍稍掉以轻心，不怕一万，只怕万一，便会得失朋友
。古巨基的结婚酒会则绝对反映他和太太待人接物的周到和礼数十足，加分。
结婚酒会保安严密，非请勿进，各宾客临踏入会场前，先要在手背上盖上隐形印章，荧
光一照便会显影，方便守在门外的保安识别。负责保安的是香港著名的Stanley Team,
以防闲杂人等进入。古巨基以古太害羞、怕面对镜头，特地在酒会前先让记者拍照采访
，交足功课，酒会上谢绝记者，到贺艺人可轻松尽兴，气氛热闹温馨，宾客乐在其中。
酒会场外，挂上古氏夫妇的手绘画像，画像由古巨基蹲在地上八小时画成，展示他的画
功、才华、对太太的爱意，清雅、有品位，又有气派。
酒会以红、白酒、香槟，及多款精美好味的Hors d'oeuvre（小点心）款客，临海玻璃
窗前放有多套沙发，布置如家中客厅，充满欧陆色彩的三家小店，包括服装店、唱片店
、蛋糕店，代表基仔和古太拍拖十多年来所经营的事业范畴，手绘布景与巨型自画像相
