register sex offender，他以后不论生活在哪里，他的住址和工作地址都是公开的，
我会一直打电话给他的工作单位和住的小区说他是个register sex offender，至于他
住或者工作的地方care不care，那是我控制不了的，但是告诉他周围的人他是sex
offender肯定能咯应到那个家伙.至于我为什么说那个第二个witness被肇事者收买了，
因为昨天又有2个邻居过来告诉我肇事者给钱给那个witness了，我问邻居你们怎么知道
的，他们就只是说"I just know it". 不管那个witness到底被不被人收买了，他肯定
是说谎了。关于另外一个witness的证词，我咨询过我的律师朋友，他们说由于他并没

年龄等信息, 并不保护sex offender的个人隐私.
sex offender绝对是被当作人群中的另一类单独处理的.
不存在改过了就自新了, 社会就不再提起往事了的说法.

The huge difference between US and China is that in US all the negative news
, especially those related to endangering a minor is always on front page.
Once on file, the offender is labeled for life. I have an iPhone app does
exactly that, telling me if there is any sex offenders are around. All these
negative news make people feel that danger is everywhere, so parents always
take extra caution to protect the children.

昨天，中新社和新华社同时发文（新浪等国内媒体转载），用中英双语宣布ABC公开道歉
并且称Kid's Table将被取消
今天再到google上一搜，标题还在，但是正文已经改了，说是ABC的spokesman
私下里给中新社新华社联系，但新华社回拨了电话无人接听
虽然是 ABC 自己网站上面的，可是没有任何 ABC 的高管 take responsibility。上次
就算是给80－20的信还有高管签名呢，这个news link什么都不算的。这就是一个狡猾
的fake。
很明显ABC／Disney已经感觉到了压力，我们需要继续努力，取得他们真正的道歉。
真正的道歉我认为必须 ABC的 CEO或者President在ABC自己的公司和新闻 主页 公布亲
自签名的诚恳道歉信。
