，学校只要在186表签名。但是所以材料必须以学校的名义寄回ECFMG。
当然学校不一定会帮你寄，一般都是让国内的亲戚朋友代办。最好拿个学校的信封装
186表以及其他的材料。
我们学校是在信封封口盖章，表明那是公对公的信函，但是不代办邮寄。让亲戚朋友到
学校最近的邮局寄就可以了。

1. Definitely go to the court to fight if you are confident about your case.
2. You may not need a lawyer.
3. Dress formal, suit and tie for man, dress like you are going to an interview or wedding.
4. Prepare well, prepare in front of a video camera. Use non-verbal languages to convince the prosecutor.
Statistically, the officer are unlikely to show up in court because they want to avoid confrontations just like
us.

Ink recycle其实是一个不错的东西，投入小，没什么风险，不需要太多时间，也不需
要研究deal,他的规则在哪里摆着。看你如可安排，一个月赚几百到几千都没问题。而
且是每个月稳定的收入。拿到rewards以后，staples rewards和office depot rewards
可以自用，在2手卖掉也没问题。OM rewards在2手的价格稍低一些，可以自用。
目前各家店的政策是这样的：
Staples：收任何牌子的磨合。普通帐户一个月10个（30刀），premier帐户一个月20个

月经期间，母乳的质量会下降，月经过后，就又变好。不过，个人认为，过了6个月，

LD 1991年进美国，F2/H4/F1，一直到07年和我Follow to Joint，今天终于收到绿卡了。
这期间光EAD就用了５张。上个月还刚File了EAD Renew。
19年了着实不容易，发28个包子庆祝一下。
等待绿卡的兄弟姐妹们可以参照LD的案例心理平衡一下，相信版上没有来美等待时间更长的了，

鄙人现在有一个小想法，原型系统已经构建完毕。我基本上确认我的东西是新的，至少
市面上没有产品卖，另外初步的Google patent search 没有发现相同的东西。但是因为
与目前某十分热门的物联网概念相关，所以不是特别确信，考虑找律师做，至少找律师
做patent search。在这种情况下大家有没有什么建议？
如果自己做的话，我主要的担心是可能patent search做的不全面，然后在patent offi
ce那儿反反复复甚至当场驳回，另外担心自己写的话不能有效保护自己的产权。我目前
对专利的了解仅限于基本小册子，外加读过的别人的专利。
如果找律师做的话，怎么知道一个律师的好坏？我Google的时候发现一个thoughtstopa
per，大家有没有用过？收费$3K，基本可以接受，但是不知道做的东西如何？
另外，有没有人曲线会中国申请的？我能想到的好处是，收费要低一些，顺便可以拿一
个中国的专利。

search律师也不做，也是请专门的人search有没有重复的，交些银子。
没有人保证你的新颖性，就算最后拿到专利了，也可能最终发现是别人已经申请过的。
scope可以自己写，claim最好找律师。
找律师的话，整个下来1万多刀吧，还算小case，复杂的就贵了。基本上你要准备1万
5000到2万。
