大忌，大忌! 你不接手就不接手，写到EMAIL里面抄送老印老板，
这是打算吃屎么。职场第一守则：作坏事永远不要留下证据。
其次，部门间和部门内工作调整是职场非常常见的行为，
(有人喊什么控诉种族歧视，你神经病啊？)
那么，遇到这样的事情怎么处理，这是一个基本的生存法则。
说几点技巧：
关键关键：不要自己拒绝。
首先，高手从来不会让这种事情发生，当然也就不用拒绝。
怎么防止它发生呢？就是你永远显得在做组里第一重要第一紧迫的
工作。(关键词，“显得”)所以只有你OFFLOAD给别人，
没有别人OFFLOAD给你的道理。如果你还没有达到高手段位，

If tcp gets offloaded to an application gateway, it could be 10 times faster
depending on the application type. coz, not only the tcp itself gets speeded,
also the application protocols/payload get compressed, optimized, or whatever |

需要修改源码，但前提是编译中用到的相关库，也要有 mic native 的版本，才能链接
成功。
如果你用 offload 方式，则需要修改代码。OpenMP 有 offload 和 parallel 相关的
pragma，但有些 tricky 的地方，具体我没用过，也不知道更多了。 |

基本的意思是说， EXEL是做KI的， KI的成功率大概是４０％左右， EXEL的pipeline
上面大概有11个KI， 如果按统计规律， 应该有5个最后会被FDA
批准。

写俺的经历.
6月中旬打算换车，大概确定了想买的牌子和model以后，上星期5下班以后就去离家不
远的dealer那里看车. 虽然已经知道自己想买什么车，但毕竟是好几万美元的东西，最
后决定还是要test drive一下. test drive满意以后就开始谈价格.
一般大家买车为了拿到最低的价格都会找dealer要最低价, 然后让不同的dealer beat
这个价格. 但我发现现在dealers也学精了,我问的所有dealer都不愿意跟我说他们的最
低价格是多少，只是跟我讲bring me an offer from another dealer and i will
beat it by $500. 而我上星期5去的时候，也不知道到底我想要的车最低能用多少钱拿
下，所以也没有贸然的给dealer offer.
星期5回到家以后,就开始在网上查. 这里推荐一下truecar, 只要你把你想买的车的
information输入进去，truecar就会告诉你周围的人花了多少钱买了这辆车. 星期6早

写俺的经历.
6月中旬打算换车，大概确定了想买的牌子和model以后，上星期5下班以后就去离家不
远的dealer那里看车. 虽然已经知道自己想买什么车，但毕竟是好几万美元的东西，最
后决定还是要test drive一下. test drive满意以后就开始谈价格.
一般大家买车为了拿到最低的价格都会找dealer要最低价, 然后让不同的dealer beat
这个价格. 但我发现现在dealers也学精了,我问的所有dealer都不愿意跟我说他们的最
低价格是多少，只是跟我讲bring me an offer from another dealer and i will
beat it by $500. 而我上星期5去的时候，也不知道到底我想要的车最低能用多少钱拿
下，所以也没有贸然的给dealer offer.
星期5回到家以后,就开始在网上查. 这里推荐一下truecar, 只要你把你想买的车的
information输入进去，truecar就会告诉你周围的人花了多少钱买了这辆车. 星期6早
