/7 and this apartment is pretty close to capitol hill judging from its
address.
If I remember correctly, this aptment could be old. and only problem I can
think about is offstreet parking. (but all the apt in that area are
offstreet parking).
It is close to freeway entrance.

是昨晚在offstreet parking或今天在公共停车场被别的车Kiss了。现在已无法找警察
或证人了。我的车买的是complementary insurance，已白交了几年的银子给Geico，所
以想主张一下权利用自己的保险cover算了。从来没索赔过，特此请教：
1。非车祸的索赔有什么举证要求吗？是否只要把车直接开到保险公司定损就行了？
2。这种维修是否将来卖车时会在CarFax记录中出现？
3。一年多前，这车的另一侧曾被朋友的车轻微碰撞（有凹痕，但漆未掉），因为肇事
的是朋友，所以当时就算了。现在既然索赔，就想一并修了。保险公司能同意修旧伤吗
？这车自打买了就一直用的是Geico全保。
4。这次索赔完就得换保险公司了。保险公司间会分享这些索赔信息吗 |

1.一月（2016年）底可入住。租约到2016年6月30日，可续约。
2.这是一个multifamily的第二和第三层。第二层是2br, 1 bath,living room,kitchen
, dining den,sunroom 和一个很大的deck.
3.第三层是两个房间，没有暖气，现用作storage,不过也没有那么多东西放，所以一个
房间是空的。
4.取暖是用gas,现在还没有很冷，每个月的gas是$30左右。
5.一个garage parking, 另加一个offstreet parking.
6.一楼住一对小夫妻，没有小孩。
7.我一般中速走到Alewife是11分钟。天冷了还是要坐ｂｕｓ．走到ｍａｓｓ ａｖｅ
应该也就是５分钟。
８.所有租户都要做background check，所以即使楼下的人搬走又有人搬进来，也可以
比较放心。这个neighborhood很多人家有小孩子，是个安全的地方。
9. 房租是$2150/月。

商量，还有八个月租期，押金是半个月的房租。
在一个三楼的townhouse 的一楼，共有三间卧室，一间很大，另外两间小，很宽敞的
