s***r 发帖数: 358 | 2 Pull-up is the king exercise of the upper body. Clean up your pull-up form
and keep pulling away. Your lats and back will grow. Merely based on your
picture, I would do the following to improve your form:
1) Pack your shoulder
2) Tuck your elbow a bit
3) Look up when you pull. This would cue you to fire the back muscles
correctly.
I would also follow a pull-up program. The following is a great one from a
great coach Mr. Harry Selkow:
Week 1: 10x1 (10 sets of 1)
Week 2: 10x2 (10 sets of 2)

,现在差不多回到去年荒废前的水平,5'10"/172lb, sq260, bp145, ohp110。
其实今年做sq状态比去年好些,去年做sq的时候lower back受过伤,今年格外注意,辅
助加练点plank/abs之类的core力量练习。但是重量加上来后总有心理阴影,260再往上
不太敢加,心虚,怕又受伤。bq向来是我弱项,不过现在觉得只要吃够,应该还有不少
空间。ohp涨得很慢,可能本来用的肌肉群就小一些。
现在我比较困惑的是不像去年练squat有明确的目标,那时候主要是为打篮球服务,而
今年公司停掉了以往打球的gym的membership,冬天雨多也没地方打了。没啥动力蹲更
重的重量了。而且怕受伤,因为公司的gym不能往地上扔,还从来没有真正意义上fail
过squat。5x5其实又是比较aggressive的program,每次加5lb,如果不能很好的fail,
靠扭曲动作硬撑着做,迟早要受伤。想请教一下,到了intermediate level以后,有没

OHP和BP重量相近?不是吧,我看strength standard里面115LB @5rep已经是
intermediate了。以前另外一个地方看到过,说OHP大概是BP的70%左右。

经系统不一定适应的过来 想想3个月之后就是120磅的增长 要量力而行 毕竟
powerlifting不是3个月速成 而是坚持一生的习惯
关于瓶颈我现在这样处理 比如你的瓶颈是260 在准备做265之前的几天 练习一组3次或
者2次的270 等神经系统适应了更大的重量 返回260做5reps 直到完全适应 保持姿势正确
back squat的突破可以这样做 换成high bar的姿势 练习full squat 辅助练习是front
squat用80%的back squat
恢复就是:热水浴 睡觉 营养 这三点做不到 别的都没任何意义 |
