特地把药翻了出来，我去年过敏严重，看过2次急诊，1次门诊
鼻子：Nasacort AQ triamcinolone acetonide nasal spray
CVS saline nasal spray （非处方）
眼睛：Bausch & Lomb Erythromycin Ophthalmic Oinment USP 0.5% （药膏）
Alcon Patanol olopatadine hydrochloride ophthalmic solution 0.1%
（眼药水）
过敏药： Benadryl allergy Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride Antihistamine
还有一个claritin的，已经吃完了，找不到盒子了，好像对晚上睡眠蛮有用的
两个都是非处方的 |

个病没法治愈，只能尽量控制。
目前用 Clobetasol propionate oinment USP,0.05% 和
Dovonex cream,0.005% 交替使用，效果还行，胳膊、小腿偶尔还有点。
另外，我发觉自己的生活习惯和心情真的很重要。
我在以下情况下比较容易加重：体重增加，感冒，喝大量咖啡，浓茶，劳累，熬夜，倒
时差，焦虑，太紧张，辛辣食物。
在以下情况时比较缓解：大便通畅，早晨冲凉水澡，游泳，皮肤保湿（每次洗澡后用
cream，注意，不是lotion)。 |

药房，大概是4块左右的Copay。如果非要Cream的，就只有BrandName，没有Generic的
。 |

下午去拿了两个,一个是17.99的baby healling Ointment, 另个是baby 的wash and
shampoo 7.49, 不知道OINMENT是不是你指的baby lotion.用了版上的25% off 还有 两
个一刀coupon,没倒赚,最后贴进去快8刀,有10刀ECB |

打印出来的 想买aquaphor 我记得以前可以用的 但这次不行
第一家把manager招来了 本来要手动 但最后说出ecb的不给用
第二家说oinment和lotion不同不能用 我看卡里的2off6 body lotion也不能用
